4 Technical requirements
4.1 Chemical composition
4.1.1 The chemical composition of the finished product shall comply with the specifications in Table 2. Table 2

4.2.2 The length of the sample of fixed length should be within the length of the sample of unfixed length. The length of the sample should be included in the cut when the cut is exceeded. 4.1 After pickling, the surface of the material is clean, without residual lubricant, oxide and its desorption. 4.4.2 The surface of the bar is allowed to have extrusion grooves, pits, joints and marks with a depth not exceeding half of the direct sales tolerance. 1 It is allowed to have slight end rotation stripes formed during correction and slight forehead marks formed by forging. It is allowed to clean the surface, but the cleaning depth shall not exceed the diameter tolerance.

5. 6.1 Acceptance and acceptance
61.1 The materials should be inspected by the technical supervision department of the supplier to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard, and the certificate should be issued. 6.12 The received products should be inspected. If the inspection results are inconsistent with the requirements of this standard, the supplier should report to the supplier within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product. Each batch of grid seats should be inspected for external dimensions, tail shrinkage and surface quality. The material with a diameter not exceeding 18mm should be tested for mechanical properties at room temperature.
6.4: Sample location and sample number
6.4.1 The chemical composition of the sample is the chemical composition of the ingot or bar: the content of the discontinuous element of the finished material is determined by taking one sample from each batch for analysis.
6.4.2 For the room temperature mechanical property test, take one sample from any finished product in the batch, and process it into GBt39? R6 to RB sample after quenching for test.
6.4.3 The material should be inspected for shrinkage. 6.4.1 The quality inspection results are selected one by one. 6.5 Repeated test
If the results of chemical composition analysis and mechanical properties test are unqualified, double test samples are taken from the batch for re-testing of unqualified items. If there is still one unqualified result, the whole batch is repeated. Mechanical properties can be tested, and the new batch acceptance: when the tail inspection is passed, it is allowed to cut off the extra part before acceptance. ? .2.1 The samples are packed in boxes with moisture-proof paper inside. The samples should be neatly placed in the boxes, with each layer separated by red and the outer layer sealed with plastic film. To prevent the samples from moving in the boxes, the empty parts should be tightly sealed. 7.2.2 During transportation and storage, the bars should be protected from corrosion by silicon, condensation and active chemical reagents. 7.3 Quality certificate number

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Chemical composition
