1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the dimensions and relevant data of the mounting surface of hydraulic stack valves, and is applicable to the mounting surface of hydraulic vertical stack valves. 2 Reference standards

4.1 The mounting surface, i.e. the plane within the thick dotted line, adopts the following values. a.
Surface roughness: R. Not more than 0.8m;
Surface flatness: 0.01mm per 100mm distance; h.
Tolerance for the diameter of the positioning pin hole: H12.
4.2 From the coordinate source point, the tolerance of the hole position size calculated along the x and y axes: positioning pin hole: 0.1mm;
Threaded hole: ±0.1mm,
Oil port: ±0.2mm.
5 Mounting surface type, number and size
The mounting surface of the superimposed valve is divided into type 1 and type I. 5.11 type mounting surface number and size.

5.2I-type mounting surface number and size
On the basis of the I-type main oil port maximum diameter of the stacking valve mounting surface of 11.2mm, the P1 oil port is added to become the I-type mounting surface I-type main oil port maximum diameter of the stacking valve (oil port code: 05). Mounting surface number: GB8099-BA-05-5-A: b, dimensions see Figure 6, Table 6.
6 Related data
6.1 Oil port size, the maximum diameter of the straight hole is not greater than the maximum oil port diameter given in the table. For the inclined hole, its major axis is not greater than the maximum oil port diameter given in the table.
6.2 The minimum thread depth of the screw hole is 1.5D (D is the screw diameter); for the mounting surface of ferrous metal materials, the depth of the fixing screw thread is 1.25D. The total depth of the screw holes is 2D + 6mm. 6.3 The plane within the thick dotted line in each figure is the minimum installation surface of the stacking valve. The rectangular right angle can be made into a fillet, and the maximum fillet radius R is D.
The distance from the center of each screw hole to the edge of the installation surface is equal. 6.4 The thin dotted line in the figure is the boundary of the minimum space required for each stacking valve of the installation surface adopted, that is, when the stacking valves of the same diameter are installed side by side, the minimum center distance between the two installation surfaces. 6.5 The minimum depth of each locating pin hole is 8mm. 6.6 The manufacturer must indicate the maximum working pressure of the bottom plate of each installation surface. The installation surface of the stacking valve with a maximum diameter of 6.3mm for the main oil concave of the type I (code: 03) is shown in Table 1
