1. Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, dimensions, technical requirements and relevant use regulations of carbon steel rotating cover plate type flat weld flange manhole.
This standard is applicable to rotating cover plate type flat weld flange manholes with nominal pressure PN less than and equal to 0.6MPa and working temperature limited to the range specified in Table 32 according to material category. Note: The working temperature in Table 3-2 is only applicable to the pressure-bearing parts of the manhole, excluding gaskets. The working temperature of the gasket should be determined according to the corresponding gasket standard.
