This standard specifies the integrity requirements and inspection and assessment methods for electroplating production lines. SJ/T31050-94
This standard applies to linear (gantry, cantilever) crane-held plating and roller plating production lines. Other types of electroplating production lines can also refer to this standard.

3 Integrity requirements
3.1 Main parameters and performance indicators
The travel, speed, roller speed and hook lifting distance of the crane equipment of the electroplating production line shall all meet the values specified by the manufacturer. The productivity shall not be less than 90% of the manufacturer's specifications. 3.2 Plating tanks and rollers
3.2.1 A single plating tank shall comply with SJ/T31052-94 "Integrity Standard for General Electroplating Tanks". 3.2.2 The rollers are not damaged, and there are no loose parts.
3.3 Crane
3.3.1 The straightness and spacing of the track meet the process requirements, and the suspended track must be firm and reliable. 3.3.2 The wire rope or sleeve chain is not seriously rusted or worn. 3.3.3 The guide chute and guide pulley of the hook are not seriously worn, and the hanging part of the pole is in good contact with the hook head. 3.4 Transmission system
3.4.1 The transmission system runs smoothly, without impact and abnormal noise. 3.4.2 The reducer, transmission shaft and coupling are not loose or moving. 3.5 Control system
3.5.1 The program control is correct, the performance is stable, and the working condition is good. 3.5.2 The brake and limit device are sensitive and reliable. 3.5.3 The power control is complete, and the connection between pipes, joints and valves is firm and sealed. 3.6 Electrical system
3.6.1 The operation of the rectifier is as follows: the indication of various instruments is correct, the error is within the tolerance range, and the instruments are within the valid calibration period. 3.6.2 The electrical equipment is complete, the lines are neatly arranged, the performance is good, and the operation is reliable. 3.6.3 The electrode contact is good, without serious damage: Approved by the Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China in 1994-0415 and implemented on June 1, 1994
3.7 Lubrication system
3.7.1 The lubrication device is complete and works well. SI/T 31050—94
3.7.2 The oil nozzle, oil cup, and oil eye shall not be missing, damaged, or blocked, and the injected lubricating oil or oil finger shall be clean and in place. 3.8 Safety protection device
3.8.1 The safety protection device is complete and reliable. 3.8.2 The sewage discharge shall comply with the provisions of GB8978-88 "Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard\1.1.3". Sewage discharged into the waters of this area shall comply with the secondary standard.
3.9 Maintenance
3.9.1 The equipment shall be clean inside and outside, and there shall be no dirty liquid on the ground. 3.9.2 Others shall be carried out in accordance with SJ/T31002-94 "General Rules for Equipment Maintenance". 4 Inspection and Assessment Methods
4.1 Inspection Methods
3.8.2 of this standard shall be inspected by the environmental protection department, and the rest shall be inspected by subjective methods. 4.2 Assessment Methods
