National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Common Components for Modular Machine Tools
Multi-spindle heads-Casing and input drlve shaft dimensions
Modular units for machine tool constructlon-Multi-spindle heads-Casing and input drlve shaft dimensionsThis standard is completely equivalent to ISO2912-1973 "Common Components for Modular Machine Tools
Multi-spindle heads-Casing and input drlve shaft dimensions".
This standard specifies the basic dimension series of multi-spindle heads for modular machine tools and the relevant interchangeable dimensions of the multi-spindle heads input shaft connected to the motor coupling.
2 Nominal dimensions
The nominal dimensions of the multi-spindle heads are specified in terms of the saddle width of the corresponding slide. The following nine nominal sizes are used:
125, 160, 200, 250, 320, 400, 500, 630 and 800mm. 3 Dimensions
The basic dimension series of the multi-axis box body shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1. 3.1
3.2 The input shaft dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Figure 2 and Table 2. rrn
