Summary:
This standard specifies the main dimensions of connectors used to check the reaction time and pressure value of brake devices of road vehicles (except cars and variants). In order to ensure no leakage and thus ensure the good function of the brake system, the installation of the hydraulic test connector should be able to remove the sealing cover and connect the test instrument for testing without external torsion and bending stress at the test point. This standard is only applicable to hydraulic brake systems. This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO3803-1976 "Road vehicles-Hydraulic test connector for braking equipment". 1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the main dimensions of the connector used to check the reaction time and pressure value of the braking equipment of road vehicles (except sedans and modified vehicles).
In order to ensure that there is no leakage and thus ensure the good function of the braking system, the installation of the hydraulic test connector should be able to remove the sealing cover and connect the test instrument for testing without applying torsion and bending stress at the test point. This standard is only applicable to hydraulic braking systems.
