This standard specifies the main contents that should be included in the minutes of the meeting (or review conclusion) after the draft standard (draft for review) is reviewed.
This standard applies to national standards, national military standards, professional standards (ministerial standards) and ministerial guiding technical documents in the technical standards of the electronic industry.
2 Main Contents that Should Be Included in the Minutes of the Meeting (or Review Conclusion) 2.1 Name of the meeting, start and end time and location, and the host unit and host of the meeting. 2.2 Number of units and personnel invited to attend the review meeting by letter, number of units and personnel who actually attended the meeting; units absent for some reason and the reasons for absence.
2.3 Major changes to the main technical contents of the draft standard (draft for review). 2.4 After repeated discussions and consultations, consensus cannot be reached, and major issues need to be reported to the relevant competent authorities for coordination or arbitration. 2.5 Conclusion of the review of the draft standard (draft for review): 2.5.1 Whether the draft standard meets or achieves the intended purpose and requirements; whether the technical content meets my country's actual situation and the direction of scientific and technological development; whether the technical regulations are advanced, safe, reliable and economically reasonable, and whether the regulations are complete; 2.5.2 Whether there is any violation of my country's laws, regulations and policies, whether it is coordinated with relevant national standards, national military standards, and professional (departmental) standards; evaluation of the degree of adoption of international standards and advanced foreign standards: 2.5.3 Whether the draft standard (or after modification) meets the conditions for approval. 2.6 If necessary, requirements, measures and transitional measures for implementing the standards can be included. 2.7 Others. For example, the national military standards need to be reviewed to see whether the confidentiality level is appropriate. 2.8 Annex: List of units and personnel attending the review meeting. The content includes: unit name, name, position or title, detailed address, etc., and the participants are required to sign or issue a power of attorney for the trustee to sign on their behalf. 3 Notes
