3 Definitions
This standard uses the following definitions.
3. Environmental conditions iremluuliin
The physical, chemical and biological conditions to which the product is subjected within a certain period of time. Note: Environmental factors also include environmental conditions in nature and environmental factors generated by the product itself or externally. 3.2 Environmental factors refer to the physical, chemical or biological characteristics of environmental conditions (such as heat, vibration, etc.) formed by the product alone or in combination. 3.3 Environmental parameters - environmental factors describe one or more physical, chemical or biological characteristics of the environment (such as temperature, acceleration, etc.). For example, environmental factors only report the detailed parameters of the dynamic range (such as random, random acceleration, etc.). 3.4 Environmental stress severity sveriryufenvirunencalperemetc refers to the value of an environmental parameter. Example: the value of the acceleration (frequency>2) of the positive vibration severity is characterized. 3.5 Product application conditions plicaorodaplieon refers to the conditions or places where the product is used, such as factories, factories, and ground transportation. The application conditions have nothing to do with the type of product. Approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China in 200107-2, Implementation No. 212 GR/T 4796—2001 3.6 Environmental groups and their severity Kroupofenvronaentalparamelersnl tairseverities describe a group of environmental conditions that require a specific application or performance. 4 Environmental factors and parameters
4.1 Conditions
The actual environment of the product is determined by the design and is composed of the environmental factors and related environmental parameters. Therefore, when determining the environmental conditions for the application of a product, the following two points must be considered: List the environmental factors involved!
Select the appropriate parameters for each parameter: Under certain application conditions, the influence of the environment on the product is caused by the following reasons: 1. The surrounding medium conditions (in some cases, the platform is soil filling): 2. The structural conditions connected to the product:
3. The influence from the outside world.
Therefore, the environmental factors and their effects must be selected for the basic conditions of the product protection. When these conditions are out of specification, the impact of the external addiction to the garden will be checked individually, in combination, and in sequence.
The parameters used are consistent with the basic parameters used in (T312425), and the age plan should be as practical as possible. 4.2 List of individual environmental factors and their severity The list of environmental factors is used as a check guide to ensure that most of the relevant factors are taken into account and to achieve the uniformity of the environmental description.
The sample standards given in Table 1 according to the severity of each parameter are used It does not involve the severity of the product itself caused by stress. For example, the severity only involves the ambient pressure (such as air, water, soil, water vapor, ice, oil, etc.) and the temperature of the product structure, and does not involve the temperature of the hot spot of the product itself. This severity meter is related to the limited environmental conditions, that is, it does not include other basic measurement, calculation and other conditions. 4.3 Combined environmental factors
The product is exposed to the right environment and the corresponding environment at the same time. When the combined environment is in the base When the environmental factors have different effects on the product, the combined environmental effects are particularly important. Therefore, when selecting an environmental factor for a product, it is recommended to test the environmental factors and consider the environmental characteristics as much as possible. 4.4 Sequence of environmental factors The product is exposed to two or more parameters in sequence. Two important differences are: Heat shock: put the product after low temperature control to high temperature conditions, or put the product after high temperature control to dry water (rain, water jets). , waves, immersion) will form thermal shock! Freezing: Before or after the product is exposed to water other than the previous place, the net product is exposed to the environment below the freezing point, which will cause freezing. When determining the deterioration conditions under which the product will freeze, these factors should be considered. 2 Climate pollution 1.1 Environmental factors, environmental protection factors and units recommended by the environmental authority, temperature and humidity, 0R/T 4796, production base, freezing point of water ... 4h

Table 1 only uses the severity levels given for each parameter to classify the severity of the product to which it may be subjected.
It does not involve the severity caused by the stress of the product itself. For example, the severity only involves the temperature of the surrounding medium (such as air, water, soil, water vapor, ice, oil, etc.) and the temperature of the structure connected to the product, but does not involve the temperature of the hot spot of the product itself. This severity level is not related to the limited environmental conditions, that is, it does not include other basic measurement, calculation and other conditions. 4.3 Combined environmental factors
The product is exposed to the right environment and related conditions at the same time. When the combination of environmental factors and the same series of environmental factors have different effects on the product, the influence of the combined environment is particularly important. Therefore, when selecting environmental factors for a certain product, it is recommended to test the environmental factors and try to consider the environmental factors as much as possible.
4.4 Items not included in the environmental factor test
The impact of product environmental factors on the product performance is particularly important. Two important differences in the results of exposure to two or more parameters in sequence are:
Thermal shock: placing the product after low temperature exposure to high temperature conditions, or directly exposing the product after high temperature exposure to water (rain, water jets, sea waves, immersion) will cause thermal shock! Freezing: before or after the product is exposed to zero dew, mixed air, rain or other water other than the previous place, the net product is exposed to ice In an environment below 100 °C, freezing may occur. When determining the conditions under which a fruit product will freeze, these factors should be considered. 2 Climate Factors 1.1 Environmental Factors, Environmental Factors, Recommended Numbers and Units, Health and Safety Index, Temperature and Air Temperature Index 0R/T 4796 Egg Production Base 1> Freezing Point of Water—36-120 °C 4h

It is not expressed in terms of "equivalent value of oxidation effect2 List of individual environmental factors and their severity The list of environmental factors is used as a checklist to ensure that most of the relevant factors are taken into account and to achieve uniformity in the environmental description.
