SY/T 5610—1995 Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Types and Basic Parameters of Oil Well Repairing Machines
Published on December 25, 1995
China National Petroleum Corporation
Implementation on June 30, 1996
This standard is revised on the basis of SY/T5610-1993 "Types and Basic Parameters of Oil Well Repairing Machines". This revision retains most of the contents of SY/T5610-93, but modifies the model representation method and supplements the contents of the basic parameter table. This standard replaces SY/T5610-93 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Petroleum Drilling and Production Equipment and Tools. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Jianghan Machinery Research Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation and Lanzhou Petroleum Machinery Research Institute. The main drafter of this standard is Jiao Tianyou. This standard was first issued in 1980 and revised for the first time in March 1989. 1 Scope. Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Types and Basic Parameters of Petroleum Workover Rigs. This standard specifies the structural types, model representation methods and basic parameters of petroleum workover rigs. This standard applies to land tire-type petroleum workover rigs. This standard does not apply to hydraulic energy storage workover rigs and continuous tubing work rigs. 2 Referenced standards. SY/T 5610--1995. Replaces SY/T 5610-93. The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. SYT5033--93 Maximum load series of drilling and lifting equipment 3 Definitions. This standard adopts the following definitions.
3.1 Nominal workover depth
The maximum workover depth when the oil well workover rig works with different pipe strings under the specified number of effective ropes of the traveling system. 3.2 Nominal minor workover depth
The nominal workover depth when the oil well workover rig works with oil pipe under the specified number of effective ropes of the traveling system. 3.3 Nominal man-made workover depth
The nominal workover depth when the oil well workover rig works with drill pipe under the specified number of effective ropes of the traveling system. 3.4 Maximum hook load
The maximum load allowed for the big hook of the oil well workover rig to bear under the specified number of effective ropes of the traveling system. This load includes the weight of the traveling system.
3.5 Nominal hook load
The load borne by the big hook when the oil well workover rig lifts the pipe string at the nominal workover depth at a constant speed under the specified number of effective ropes of the traveling system. Its value is equivalent to the sum of the weight of the pipe string at the nominal workover depth and the weight of the traveling system, plus the additional load. The value of this load indicates the working capacity of the well repairing machine:
3.6 Installed power
It is the rated power of the diesel engine matched to drive the oil well repairing machine. This rated power is the rated value of the diesel engine h power. 3.7 Mast height
The vertical distance from the ground to the bottom plane of the crown beam. 3.8 Self-propelled chassis
The power machine and the speed change mechanism are special chassis for walking and well repairing operations. 4 Type and basic explosion number
