1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of stationery correction fluid. This standard applies to stationery containing liquid with titanium dioxide as the main raw material, which is used to cover the errors of writing, typing, mimeographing and other text patterns, and can rewrite at the place of correction. 2 Normative references

5.2 Coating strength

Under the condition of meeting the requirements of 5.1, use a ballpoint pen with a bead diameter of 0.5mm specified in GB/T4306 to write normally on the coating. The coating should be free of cracks.

Test methods and steps
Shake the correction fluid according to the usage regulations. After applying the correction fluid to an area of 10mm×10mm, clean the mouth of the correction fluid bottle, cover it with the cap, and place it vertically in a medium-heat constant-temperature blast drying oven that meets the test conditions: b) After 1 hour, take out the correction fluid and
place it at room temperature for 2 hours. Visually observe that there should be no obvious deformation of the bottle and no leakage of the correction fluid. Now carry out the covering capacity test in 5.4.
5.6.2 Low temperature test

5.6.2.2 Test conditions
Temperature: (-10 ± 2) ℃.
5.6.2.3 Test methods and steps
Shake the correction fluid according to the regulations, apply it to an area of 10mm×10mm, clean the mouth of the correction fluid bottle, cover it with the cap, and place it vertically in a refrigerator that meets the test conditions; b) Perform the test according to the requirements of 5.6. 1.3b) and 5.6. 1.3 c). 5.7 Appearance

6.1 Factory inspection

6.2 Type inspection
Classification of non-conforming products

7.1 Marking
Acceptance quality limit (AQL)
7.1.1 The product packaging should have the product name, company name, company address, trademark, implementation standard number, quality, volume, production date/ex-factory date, net content and other marks. 7.1.2 Storage and transportation graphic marks should comply with the requirements of GB/T191. 7.1.3 Shipping and receiving marks should comply with the requirements of GB/T6388. 7.1.4 The net content should comply with the requirements of Order No. 43 of the State Technical Supervision Bureau [1995]. 7.2 Packaging
The packaging should be reasonable and solid. The corrugated carton should comply with the provisions of GB/T6543. The package should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 4
3 Transportation

Be careful and gentle during transportation to avoid damage to the packaging and prevent the correction fluid bottle from being broken. It is strictly forbidden to expose it to the sun and rain, and prevent it from contacting with organic gases.
7.4 Purchase and storage
The stop fluid should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse and should not be placed sideways or upside down. The validity period is two years (based on the ex-factory date). 5
