1.1 Subject Content
This standard specifies the general requirements for the analysis method of high purity quartz sand. 1.2 Scope of Application
This standard is applicable to the analysis of various grades of high purity quartz sand. 2 The analytical balance used should be accurate to ±0.2mg. The water used for reagent preparation and analysis is deionized water, and the water value is greater than 2M2. 8
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used in the analysis are analytically pure. 5 The solutions used in the analysis are aqueous solutions, except for special solvents. 6 The "constant weight" adjusted in the method means that the difference between two consecutive weighings does not exceed ±0.2mg. All concentrations of the standard solutions must be retained to four significant figures. 8 Balances and volumetric instruments must be calibrated regularly. Additional Notes:
