This standard specifies the family relationship code, which is applicable to the information exchange between information processing systems when using information processing systems for personnel file management, social investigation, statistics, public security household registration management and other work. 1 Code structure and compilation principles
This standard includes two codes, one-digit code and two-digit code. The order of code arrangement is compiled according to the principle of direct line first, then collateral line, and close relatives first, then distant relatives.

3 How to use the code
3.1 One-digit code and two-digit code can be used separately. I

3.2 Two-digit code can also be used in combination. One-digit code and two-digit code are basic codes. If the two-digit code still cannot express the family relationship or needs a more detailed expression, the following method can be used to combine the two codes into a three-digit or four-digit code. 3.2.1 Method of using three-digit code
