This standard is the sampling method for determining the physical and chemical properties of raw ramie (raw ramie), dried ramie (including oil-free dried ramie), water ramie and oil ramie. When the inspection is requested during production, acceptance and delivery, sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 1 Principle
This standard is based on the theory of simple random sampling (also known as random sampling): ()

For an infinite population, the sampling quantity can be calculated as follows 2 Sampling method of raw hemp (raw hemp)
Random sampling is carried out according to the number of raw hemp packages entering the warehouse in each batch (one-time purchase quantity). Generally, d=10%, CV=10%, α=5% (t=1.96) are taken. For 2 packages or less, 1 package is taken, for 7 packages or less, 2 packages are taken, for 38 packages or less, 3 packages are taken. For 39 packages or more, 4 packages are taken. Randomly draw a bunch of hemp from the middle of the hemp bag, and after grade inspection, stretch it out and lay it flat on the platform board, divide each hemp bundle into two parts longitudinally, discard one part, and keep the other part, and repeat the separation until the total weight of the retained parts of each hemp bundle is 200-300g. Mix the hemp sample evenly, sort it out and set it aside. Record the date of entry into the factory, batch number, origin, grade, hemp season, and mark it. The sample is used for quantitative analysis of the chemical composition of the original hemp, and determination of moisture regain and water content. 3 Sampling method of refined hemp (including anhydrous refined hemp), water hemp and oil hemp 3.1 Sampling method in production
Randomly pick 4-6 points of refined hemp (including oil-free refined hemp) in the dried hemp pile or hemp bag, and water hemp and oil hemp in the dehydrated water hemp pile, and extract a total of 300-500g of samples, mix them evenly, and sort them out for use (3 of the above samples should be taken when measuring whiteness). Record the date, origin, grade, pot number, class, and micro-mark. 3.2 Sampling method for delivery and acceptance
Sampling is based on batches (amount delivered at one time). Random sampling is performed according to the number of packages in each batch, and the number of sampling packages is the same as Chapter 2. There are no less than 3 sampling points in each package, and the total weight of the sample is 300~500g. Mix evenly and prepare for use after sorting (3 of the above samples should be taken when measuring whiteness). Record the date, batch number, variety, and micro-mark. The hemp sample is used to determine the moisture regain, moisture content, residual glue rate, whiteness, cellulose polymerization degree, strength, count and other indicators of refined hemp and water hemp.
4 Sampling method for combed fiber
4.1 Sampling method for long fiber inspection in production Randomly select 4 to 6 points from the output flax strips of the combing machine or the flax leaves of the circular combing machine, and extract samples with a total weight of about 1508, mix them evenly, and arrange them for use. Record the variety, shift, machine number, date, and mark them. 4.2 Sampling method for acceptance and delivery
Sampling is based on batches (amount delivered at one time). Randomly select according to the number of bales in each batch, and the number of sampling packages is the same as Chapter 2. There are no less than 3 sampling points in each bale, and the total weight of the sample is 150g. Mix them evenly, and arrange them for use. Record the variety, batch number, date, and mark them.
4.3 Measurement items
The flax sample is used to determine the count, strength, length, moisture regain and other indicators of flax fiber. 5 Sampling method of combed flax waste
5.1 Randomly select 46 points from the flax waste of the combing machine or circular combing machine for sampling. The total weight of the flax samples is about 150g. Mix them evenly and put them into arrangement for later use. Record the variety, batch number, date and mark them. 5.2 Sampling method for acceptance and delivery
