3 Terms
The terms used in this standard comply with the provisions of GB2900.8. 4 Types and dimensions
4.1 The pillars shall be manufactured according to the drawings approved by the prescribed procedures, and their types and main dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Figures 1, 2 and Table 1 respectively. 4.2 Pillar model description

5 Technical requirements
5.1 The pillars should be made of heat-resistant porcelain materials, and their appearance quality should comply with the relevant provisions of GB772. 5.2 The cross-section of the pillars should be homogeneous and dense, and there should be no penetration after the porosity test. The pressure during the porosity test is not less than 20MPa, and the product of pressure and time is not less than 180MPa·h. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on August 21, 1993

Main dimensions of pillars
Pillars should be glued with special high-temperature resistant adhesives, and the exposed surface of the adhesive should be flat. 5.3
The exposed surface of the metal accessories of the column should be rust-proofed; the screw holes should be coated with rust-proof oil to prevent rust. 5.4
5.5The parallelism of the two end faces of the pillar metal accessories and the coaxiality of the center of the mounting hole should not exceed 3mm. 5.6 The pillars shall be inspected by ultrasonic flaw detection one by one before gluing. There shall be no defects (such as cracks, pores and interlayers) that can be detected by ultrasonic waves inside the porcelain parts.
The compression failure load of the pillars at room temperature shall not be less than 300kN. 5.7
5.8 The pillars shall withstand three temperature cycle tests with a temperature difference of 60K without damage. 5.9 The pillars shall withstand a 1min high temperature DC voltage test without flashover or abnormal heating. The test value is in accordance with Table 2. When the AC voltage is used instead of the DC voltage test, the qualified range of the power frequency voltage value is the DC voltage value divided by 2. DC rated voltage

Within 2 years from the date of delivery (i.e. the date when the manufacturer issues the delivery notice), if the user finds that the support does not meet the requirements of this standard under the conditions of transportation, storage, installation and operation stipulated in this standard and approved according to the prescribed procedures, the manufacturer must replace it free of charge.
Test method
Except the test methods specified in this standard, the remaining test methods shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding provisions of GB775.1775.3. Room temperature and high temperature DC withstand voltage testWww.bzxZ.net
Install the clean and dry test sample in a closed device. The shortest distance between the test sample and the high-voltage electrode and the inner wall of the test machine should not be less than 1 times the dry flashover distance of the test sample. During the test, the test sample is in a vertical state and the voltage is applied between the two electrodes of the test sample. When testing at room temperature, the test sample should be kept in thermal equilibrium with the ambient temperature. When testing at high temperature, the test sample should not be heated by local heating methods such as direct baking and baking, and the heating rate should not exceed 100℃/h.
When the temperature of each part in the device reaches the specified working temperature and remains constant, apply voltage to the specified value and maintain for 1min. If the test sample is not damaged or flashed, the test is passed.
6.2 Compression failure load test
Install the test sample on the test machine at room temperature and add soft pads at both ends. Apply pressure until it is destroyed according to the provisions of GB775.3. The load at this time is the compression failure load.
Inspection rules
The pillars should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all delivered pillars comply with the provisions of this standard. 7.1
7.2 According to the inspection rules of this standard, the user has the right to inspect whether the quality and indicators of the pillars comply with the provisions of this standard. 7.3 Pillars shall be inspected in batches. Pillars of the same model manufactured by the same process method shall be considered as a batch, and the quantity of each batch shall not exceed 300. 7.4 Pillar tests are divided into individual tests, sampling tests and type tests. 7.4.1 Individual tests
Each test shall be carried out in the order specified in Table 3. If any of the requirements specified in Table 3 are not met, the pillar shall be unqualified. Table 3 Test items one by one

During the test, if two test pieces do not meet any requirement specified in Table 4, the batch of products shall be unqualified; if one product fails in any item, double the number of test pieces shall be selected from the same batch of products for repeated testing. If there is still one test piece that does not meet any requirement in Table 4, the batch of pillars shall be unqualified. However, if only the size inspection fails, only the size inspection shall be doubled. If it still fails, the manufacturer is allowed to select each one.
7.4.3 Type test
Type test must be carried out when new products are trial-formulated or normal products are modified in structure, raw material formula and process method. The number of samples for type test shall not be less than 4, and shall be carried out according to Table 5 after each test is qualified. Table 5 Type test items

During the type test, if even one test piece does not meet any of the requirements specified in Table 5, the type test shall be unqualified. Marking and packaging
The pillars shall be packed in wooden boxes and ensure that they will not be damaged due to poor packaging during transportation. The packaging shall refer to the relevant provisions of JB/Z94. The packaging box should be marked with:
Manufacturer name;
Product model;
Product quantity;
Total weight of the packaging box;
“Handle with care”, “Porcelain” and other words or indication marks. 8.2 The pillar porcelain parts should have a clear and firm manufacturer’s trademark and manufacturing year. Each batch of pillars delivered should be accompanied by a product certificate, which should have the seal of the manufacturer’s quality inspection department. 8.3
