1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
JB/T7661-95
This standard specifies the product cleanliness limits and determination methods of plunger injection pump assemblies (including speed governor, hereinafter referred to as injection ticket), distributor injection pumps, injector assemblies, and piston fuel transfer pumps (hereinafter referred to as fuel pumps) for medium and small power diesel engines. This standard applies to fuel injection pumps, distribution fuel injection pumps, fuel injector assemblies and fuel delivery pumps for medium and small power diesel engines. Reference standards

3 Terms
3.1 Cleanliness

Cleanliness indicates the cleanliness of the inner cavity of the product, expressed by the weight of impurities contained. In this standard, the cleanliness limit is expressed by the weight of impurities contained in each product.
3.2 Impurities
Impurities refer to all solid particles with a certain limit size. This limit size is determined by the size of the filter element. Therefore, all metal particles, sand particles, paint, plastic, textiles, water glass and other residues are impurities. 4 Fuel pump nozzle product cleanliness limit
The cleanliness limit of a single-cylinder fuel injection pump is shown in Table 1.
