3.4·Marking Example

4.1 Material selection, manufacturing, testing and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with ZBG94004 and this standard. 4.2 The steel pipe in the A-type pipe shall be manufactured, accepted and inspected in accordance with the requirements of YB231. 4.3 Manufacturing Tolerance and Allowable Deviation
4.3.1 The materials of B-type and C-type pipes shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB9439150
4.3.2 The allowable deviation of the center circle diameter of the bolt hole and the chord length of two adjacent bolt holes on the C-type pipe flange is ±0.6mm, and the allowable deviation of the chord length of any two bolt holes is ±1mm.
4.3.3~The tolerance grade of the un-indicated tolerance dimension of the machined surface shall be IT14 as specified in GB1804, and the tolerance grade of the un-indicated tolerance dimension of the non-machined surface shall be IT16.
The allowable deviation of the pipe length L shall be as specified in Table 7, 4.3.4

45 When the PN of the bolts for flange connection is greater than 0.6MPa and less than or equal to 1.0MPa, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB5782: when the PN is less than or equal to 0.6MPa, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB5780. The nuts shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6170, and the gaskets shall be selected in accordance with the relevant standards. 4.6 The water pressure test pressure in the pipe and the maximum working pressure at different temperatures shall be selected in accordance with Table 8 Table 8
5 Packaging, transportation and extended storage

5.1 The product shall be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual. 5.2 No collision shall be allowed during moving and transportation,
