The International Organization for Standardization (15) is a federation of national standardization bodies (ISO groups). The work of developing international standards is usually carried out through ISO's technical committees. Each member body interested in a particular field has the right to participate in the committee. Official and non-official international organizations affiliated with ISO also participate in this work. ISO is in the field of electrotechnical standardization and has close ties with the International Electrotechnical Commission (ICC) for the standardization of electrical engineering. Draft international standards adopted by the committee shall be circulated to the member countries or voted on by the member countries. When published as international standards, they shall be approved by at least 75% of the member countries.
International Standard ISO 6187:1969 was prepared by ISO/TC44 Technical Committee for Welding and Similar Processes. The references and precautions of this standard are indicative appendices. f

The following standards contain provisions that constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. The versions mentioned are valid at the time of publication of this standard. All standards are subject to revision and the parties to this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. 8/T1500.7-1998 Basis of electrodes and fits Part 3: Standard tolerances and standard deviations (ES0286-1:1938) 3 Dimensions
The dimensions should be as shown in Figure 1 and Table 1.
The tolerance is "%". The difference in bump angle a should be +1%, except for the case of multiple bumps at the same time. The difference in the angle of any two bumps on the same part is not less than 1%. Can exceed the device, note: ". Change the height of the punch press to punch out
2. If the steel plate is different, the convex point should be set on the thicker steel plate, and the size is determined according to the thicker steel plate. The relationship between the thickness of the sail plate and the true diameter of the convex point is shown in Figure 1 of the trap A - convex point for resistance projection welding

Relationship between steel plate thickness and bump height
When the strength of the weld chain and the material properties are determined and the required elastic connection is determined, the following three bump diameters are recommended according to the plate thickness (see Table A1).
Group: Small size bumps, suitable for occasions with space restrictions or the need to record small welds. : Standard bumps, usually require a larger space and make a larger weld mark than group bumps. Group: Space or shape restrictions, or multiple bumps, usually good size, suitable for high strength and large size bumps. For convenience, it is also possible to sign a design agreement with the bump group recommended by other industry standards or joint industry standards: Table: 1-: Bump straightness light
