This part is part 13 of GB/T8=7. This part adopts international standard 1S02373:20000 Packaging inspection - complete, full-scale packaging and unit cargo condition - low-pressure test 3. Compared with GB/47.13:32 Packaging low-pressure test 1502872 standard, the main differences are as follows: Some formats have been expanded and relevant explanatory notes have been reduced.
Since my country has defined relevant technical specifications in packaging technical standards, the relevant technical specifications have been cancelled: "Test for resistance to all parts" is a continuation of the R/T1R7 series standards. The test content has been modified. The changes in the G4 requirements are as follows: In the specification, the original instrumental transport packaging was revised to be suitable for transport packages and unit materials: the original standard small \ atmospheric environment conditions representative "sensitive people Xie to A (information science and technology records). For the convenience of reference; - the relevant units of Europe have revised it according to international standards. 1

The annex A of this part is the information science annex,
This part will replace GH/T4857.13-195> from the date of implementation. This part was proposed by the National Packaging Standardization Technical Committee and the main reform units of this part: China Machinery Productivity Import and Export Center, China Export Commodity Packaging Research Institute, National Packaging Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center South),
The main contributors to this part: Huang, Zhou Man, Zhang Lujian, Ben Shunhua, Zhou Chaochan. 1 Scope
Basic tests for packaging for transport
Part 13: Low pressure test method
GB/T4857.13-2005
(This part of GB4857 defines the main requirements for the test equipment used in the low pressure test of the transported packages and the contents of the test report. This part is used to evaluate the ability of other packages and single cargoes in non-pressurized cargo compartments not exceeding the normal cargo height during air transport to withstand the effects of low pressure and the protection of the contents. For packages and unit cargoes transported at a higher altitude, refer to this part for low pressure tests.

Place the test food in the pressure test box! Then reduce the air in the box to the equivalent of 35m3/s. Keep the air pressure at 35m3/s. Maintain the pressure for a predetermined time and return it to normal pressure. If necessary, the pressure should be controlled at the same temperature during this period. Appendix A) 4 Test setup
The pressure test should have enough time to accept the test sample, and the pressure and temperature should be adjusted to meet the requirements of Part 5.1.
5 Test procedure
5.1 Preparation of test samples
Prepare the test samples according to the requirements of 614857.1: 5.2 Screening of test samples
Select the test samples according to the provisions of GB/T 18,1. 5.3 Pretreatment of test samples
According to the provisions of GB/T 18,1, select a type of test sample to pretreat the test sample with temperature and humidity. 5.4 Test steps 5.4.1 Place the test product in the gas positive test chamber, and reduce the gas pressure to 653m! 5% at a speed not exceeding 15010ma/min, and keep it within 2h1h, 8h.16h within the pre-decomposition time. 5.4.2 Fill the test product with air at a rate not exceeding 15n×.[0mPa/min to a temperature that meets the test requirements. Allow the gas to recover to the good state.
0B/T4857.13-2005
5.4.3 After the test, report the damage of the packaging and contents to the relevant standards and report the test results: 6 Acid test report The test report should include the following contents:
Description of the test system and implementation of this part:
The content, specification, model, quantity, etc. b
Number of test samples
Detailed description: packaging content name, size, structure and material, accessories, cushioning and support materials, sealing method, oil bottle retraction state and total elongation protection,
Quality record of test samples and quality of contents: in kilograms, expected temperature change, temperature and pressure in the test box, monitoring rate and time of gas increase (decrease), test equipment and instruments,
Record of test results and Correctly interpret the results of the test! 3
