JB/T 10158-1999 This standard specifies the technical requirements for pulley hobs and belt die hobs, and the basic requirements for marking and packaging. This standard is applicable to pulley hobs for processing pulleys with a pitch of 5.080~31.750mm and a basic tooth profile in accordance with GB/T 11361-1989 "Pulleys for Synchronous Belt Drives" and belt die hobs for processing synchronous belts in accordance with GB/T 11616-1989 "Synchronous Belt Dimensions". 3.5 The insert is made of W6Ma5 core r4V2 or other high-speed steel with equivalent performance, and its metallographic structure is in accordance with the provisions of GB 9943. The unevenness of the carbide of the tool: for hobs with a diameter of less than 100 mm, it shall not exceed 4 levels, and for hobs with a diameter of more than 100 mm, it shall not exceed 5 levels.
3.6 The hardness of the cutting part of the cutter is 63-66HRC4 Marking and Packaging
4.1 Marking
4.1. The end face of the hob should be marked with: manufacturer's trademark, type, pitch, pulley model or belt type, swivel angle, processing number, material (ordinary high-speed steel is not marked) and manufacturing year. 4.1.2 The packaging tray should be marked with: production station name, standard number, manufacturer name, address, trademark, type, pitch, pulley model or belt model, processing tooth number range, material, number of pieces and manufacturing year. 4.2 Packaging
The hob should be rust-proofed before packaging, and the packaging must be firm to prevent damage during transportation. 2
