1 Scope
Quality control of ground meteorological radiation observation data This standard specifies the content and methods of quality control of ground meteorological radiation observation data. QX/T117—2010
This standard is applicable to the quality control of ground meteorological radiation observation data in the meteorological industry, and can also be used as a reference in the field of solar energy applications. 2 Normative references
The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. All subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions to dated referenced documents are not applicable to this standard. However, parties that reach an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. QX/T55-2007 Specification for Ground Meteorological Observation Part 11: Radiation Observation QX/T118-2010 Quality Control of Ground Meteorological Observation Data 3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions established in QX/T55-2007 apply to this standard. The terms and definitions 2.2 to 2.13 established in QX/T118-2010 apply to this standard. The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Ground Meteorological Radiation Observational Data surface radiation observational data used to characterize the various radiation quantities reaching and emitted from the earth's surface in ground observations. Note: The auxiliary radiation involved in this standard refers to short-wave radiation with a spectrum of 0.3μm~3.0μm and full-band radiation with a spectrum of 0.3m~100um. 4. Content and methods of quality control
4.1 Content of quality control
The quality control content of ground-based meteorological radiation observation data includes format check, missing measurement check, limit value check, main change range check, internal consistency check, comprehensive quality control analysis and data quality identification. 4.2 Quality control methods
4.2.1 Format check
For format check, see 3.2.1 of QX/T118-2010. 4.2.2 Missing measurement check
For missing measurement check, see 3.2.2 of QX/T118-2010. 4.2.3 Limit value check
Boundary value check includes range check and climatological limit value check. 4.2.3.1 Range check
Data beyond the range of the value is erroneous data. The range of relevant elements is as follows: a) Action layer and its status code: the action layer status code is between 0 and 5, and the action layer status code is between 0 and 7; b) Extreme value occurrence time range: 00:00 to 23:59; c) Reflectance: 1% to 100%.
4.2.3.2 Climatological limit value check
Data beyond the climatological limit value is erroneous data. The climatological limit values of relevant elements are as follows: 1
QX/T117—2010
a)0≤total daily radiation total ≤(1+20%)RpggRbThe possible total daily radiation total in Appendix A, each station can be obtained by linear interpolation according to latitude. b)0≤direct daily radiation total ≤Rps.
R—The possible direct daily radiation total under dry and clean atmosphere in Appendix B, each station can be obtained by linear interpolation according to latitude. c)0≤daily sunshine hours ≤the number of sunshine hours on that day. d)0≤total radiation maximum irradiance≤2000W/m. e)0≤direct radiation maximum irradiance≤1374W/m. 4.1.4Main change range inspection
For the main change range inspection, see 3.2.4 of QX/T118-2010. 4.1.5Internal consistency inspection
The element observation data shall pass the following inspections. If a certain inspection is not passed, at least one of the data is wrong data: a)When the daily total amount of reflected radiation and the daily total amount of total radiation are both>0, the reflectance ratio is the daily total amount of reflected radiation/the daily total amount of total radiation; when one of the daily total amount of reflected radiation and the daily total amount of total radiation is 0, the reflectance ratio is missing. b)The daily total amount of each radiation element shall be equal to the sum of the total amount of the day and hour. c)The daily total amount of direct radiation on the horizontal plane minus the daily total amount of scattered radiation minus the daily total amount of total radiation. d)The hourly (daily) total amount of scattered radiation ≤ the hourly (daily) total amount of total radiation. e)The hourly (daily) total amount of reflected radiation ≤ the hourly (daily) total amount of total radiation. f) Daily total direct radiation on the horizontal surface ≤ Daily total radiation. g) Daily total net total radiation ≤ Daily total total radiation. h) Daily total direct radiation on the horizontal surface ≤ Daily total direct radiation. i) Daily maximum irradiance of total radiation ≥ Daily maximum irradiance of scattered radiation. j) Daily maximum irradiance of total radiation ≥ Daily maximum irradiance of reflected radiation. k) Daily maximum irradiance of net total radiation ≥ Daily minimum irradiance of net total radiation. 4.1.6 Comprehensive analysis of quality control
For comprehensive analysis of quality control, see 3.2.8 of QX/T118-2010. 4.1.7 Quality control identification

Quality Control Steps
QX/T117—2010
When quality control is performed on ground-based meteorological radiation observation data, the following sequence is generally followed: format check, missing measurement check, limit value check, main change range check, internal consistency check, quality control comprehensive analysis, and finally data quality identification. During the quality control process, the above links can be increased or decreased according to the differences in the types of ground-based meteorological radiation observation data and user needs.
