This standard is formulated based on experimental research, on-site labor hygiene surveys, occupational population survey data, and participation in relevant foreign health standards. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The drafting unit of this standard is the Ordnance Industry Hygiene Research Institute.
