Some standard content:

GB 18559—2001
This standard is formulated based on experimental research, on-site labor hygiene surveys, occupational population survey data, and participation in relevant foreign health standards. It is a standard used for workplace environment monitoring and health supervision. In the past, all industries producing and using trinitrotoluene in China applied the standard of "benzene and its homologues of di- and trinitro compounds (dinitrobenzene, trinitrotoluene, etc.) (pi)" 1 mg/m3 in TJ 36-1979 "Industrial Enterprise Design Hygiene Standard" promulgated in 1979. Enterprises producing and using trinitrotoluene should implement this standard from the date of implementation of this standard.
This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The drafting unit of this standard is the Ordnance Industry Hygiene Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Zuo Hongkong, Zhang Peng, Xia Baoqing, Li Bin, and Xu Changan. This standard is entrusted to the technical management unit, the Institute of Labor Hygiene and Occupational Diseases of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, for interpretation.722
