This standard is a revision of JB2451-79 "Type, basic parameters and size for mouldcar". Compared with JB2451-79, the main technical contents of this standard have been changed as follows:
- The types, basic parameters and sizes for three specifications of ingot car, ZD-240, ZD-350 and ZD-400, have been added- The original standard has been edited.
This standard replaces JB2451-79 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the Metallurgical Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting unit of this standard: Dalian Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard: Liu Daozhong, Bao Yuhua, Gao Yiping. Ingot car
The type and basic data and the size for mould car This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions of ingot car. This standard applies to ingot cars used for casting and transporting steel ingots in steelmaking plants of metallurgical enterprises. 2 Type, basic parameters and dimensions
a) The type of ZD-60 ingot casting car is shown in Figure 1:
b) The type of ZD-120, ZD-160 ingot casting car is shown in Figure 2;c) The type of ZD-200, ZDC-200, ZD-240 ingot casting car is shown in Figure 3;d) The type of ZD-350 ingot casting car is shown in Figure 4;
e) The type of ZD-400 ingot casting car is shown in Figure 5
2.2 Basic parameters and dimensions
The basic parameters and dimensions of the ingot casting car shall comply with the requirements of Table 1 and Figures 1 to 5. Table 1
