1 This standard specifies the content and requirements of the type inspection of agricultural tractors. This standard applies to agricultural wheeled, crawler and walk-behind tractors. 2 Reference standards

Test method for tractor clutch bench test
Prototype acceptance and running-in, wheeled and crawler tractors shall be in accordance with GB/T3871. 1. Walking tractors shall be inspected according to GB6229; whole machine parameter determination shall be inspected according to GB/T3871.2 or GB6229; power output shaft power test shall be inspected according to GB/T3871.3 or GB6229; hydraulic lifting capacity and output power test shall be inspected according to GB/T3871.4; steering and clutch operation test shall be inspected according to GB/T3871.5 or GB6229; brake test shall be inspected according to GB/T3871.6 or GB6229; field of vision determination shall be inspected according to GB/T3871.4. m. The test of the strength of the protective device of wheeled tractors shall be carried out in accordance with GB7121. 3.2
Component bench durability test
Engine bench durability test (2000h), to be tested according to NJ289; a.
b. Clutch bench durability test (60,000 times). To be tested according to NJ403; Transmission system bench durability test (1200h), to be tested according to ZBT63010; c.
d. Power output shaft bench durability test (600h), to be tested according to ZBT63010; Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 10, 1992, implemented on July 1, 1993

e. Steering system (including hydraulic and mechanical) bench durability test (300,000 times), of which the hydrostatic steering system shall be tested according to JB/T5183, and the mechanical steering system shall be tested according to relevant standards; f. Hydraulic suspension system bench durability test (300,000 times), tested according to relevant standards; 9. Braking system bench durability test, tested according to relevant standards; Whole machine jolt test, tested according to relevant standards. h.
3.3 Whole machine reliability test
Tested according to relevant standards for tractor product reliability assessment. 3.4 Whole machine use test
Tested according to GB/T3871.12.
4 Type inspection requirements
Type inspection prototypes should comply with the requirements of product drawings and general technical conditions. 4.1
4.2 New product type inspection
4.2.1 Wheeled tractors shall be inspected according to Articles 3.1 and 3.4, or according to Articles 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3. Select one according to the situation. 4.2.2 Walking tractors shall be inspected in accordance with Article 3.1 a, b, c, e, f, h, i, j, k, 1 and Article 3.4, or in accordance with Article 3.1 a, b, c, e, f, h, i, j, k, 1 and Article 3.2 a, b, c, h and Article 3.3. Select one of them according to the circumstances. 4.2.3 Crawler tractors shall be inspected in accordance with Articles 3.1 a~k and Article 3.4. 4.3 Major Improvement Product Type Inspection
Wheeled and walking tractors shall be inspected in accordance with Article 3.1 for the performance of the whole machine, the bench durability inspection of the major improvement components in Article 3.2 and the inspection in Article 3.3 due to the improvement of the components. 4.4 Other Product Type Inspection
a. Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the normal sampling plan specified in GB2828. b. Part of the inspection content may be specified according to the specific circumstances. 4.5 The number of tractor complete machines or parts used for type inspection is shown in the following table: Inspection items
