3 Terms
3.1 The terms of this standard adopt the interpretation of GB2900. 3.2 Non-slip drawing machine Non-slip drawing machine. A wire drawing machine in which the linear speed of the wire drawing wheel is basically consistent with the linear speed of the wire being drawn on the working surface of the wheel. 3.3 Slip drawing machine Slip drawing machine The linear speed of the drawing wheel is greater than the linear speed of the drawn wire on the working surface of the wheel, and the drawn wire slides on the working surface of the wheel.
3.4 Drawing wheel Drawing cone
The wheel that pulls the wire through the die to achieve tension and pressure acting on the wire at the same time, changing the shape or size of the wire. The types of drawing wheels are tower wheel type and equal diameter wheel type.
3.5 Fixed speed wheel Final capstan
The final outlet wheel that measures the linear speed of the drawn wire. 3.6 Single head drawing machine Singledraft drawing machine A drawing machine with one incoming and outgoing wire.

The size should be determined on a scientific basis and implement the provisions of GB321, and the value should be taken according to the priority number and priority number system as much as possible. The key elements in the use of the product should clearly specify the size. The following elements are the key elements in the use of the wire drawing machine: a.

Interchangeability dimensions;

5.4 The wire drum frame size of the wire taking-up device should be designed according to the type and size of the PND wire drum. If necessary, the method of replacing the cone can be used to apply to the PN type wire drum of the same specification.
