Matching pipe screw||tt ||5.0.1 The pipe threads used in threaded flanges are divided into three situations: (1) 55° conical internal thread (Rc) specified in GB7306 (2) 55° cylindrical internal thread (Rp) specified in GB7306: (3) 60° conical pipe thread (NPT) specified in GB/T12716. 5.0.2 When 55° conical pipe thread is used, the outer diameter of the steel pipe used with the DV150 flange should be 165.1mm. When 60° conical pipe thread is used, the outer diameter of the steel pipe used with the DN65 flange should be 73mm, and the outer diameter of the steel pipe used with the DN125 flange should be 141.3mm. 5.0.3 The inner hole pipe thread processing of the flange should make the end of the steel pipe close to but not beyond the flange sealing surface after tightening. 88
Technical requirements
The technical requirements of the flange shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG20603. 7 Maximum non-impact working pressure
The nominal pressure of the flange and the maximum non-impact working force at different temperatures shall comply with the provisions of HG20604. Fastener length
The length of the fasteners (bolts, studs) used shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A of HG20613. Matching regulations
The matching of flanges, gaskets and fasteners shall comply with the provisions of HIG20614. 10 Marking
