It must be emphasized that the operating force of the equipment should not exceed its rated working force. 4.2.5 The operating force of all control devices must be effectively explained. The control device must be adjusted in the same way as the control device. 4.2.6 Equipment maintenance: High pressure jet equipment must be checked and conditioned in a timely manner. The operating instructions must give the professional secrets followed by the equipment maintenance to prevent the use of equipment. When the pump is in operation, it is not allowed to repair the equipment or connect the system. The product and the pressure regulating device are not subject to strong damage during use. They must be checked regularly and maintained or replaced to ensure their good performance.
4.2. The high-pressure product must be connected and maintained, including the hose flat and without twisting, to protect the hose from damage due to air leakage, and to use appropriate tools for connection. Make a plan Each operation should be planned in advance. The customer and the contractor should analyze the impact of the cleaning site on the operation and the possible environmental and safety issues of the operation. Therefore, a corresponding plan should be formulated. For example, see Appendix B (Appendix to the Standard).
5.1.1 For cleaning operations involving waste such as rust, the customer should ask for a detailed description of the operation so that the operator can make necessary special precautions and take good care of the waste materials to avoid environmental pollution. The operator should be informed that the cleaning operation may produce gas or mist: 5.1.2 Determine the operating personnel The customer and the operating team must make necessary analysis of the cleaning object and its scale layer before cleaning. Determine the necessary working pressure for the cleaning operation. When the flow conditions permit, the cleaning operation should be completed at the lowest possible pressure. 5.1.3 Working Space Restrictions When the fire protection operation must be subject to space restrictions, the owner and the operating team shall formulate a special operation plan with relevant safety protection measures. First, the general fire protection management should be studied and the operation site should be clearly defined. 5.2. If the work object can be moved at the work site, it should be transported to the designated site for operation. Otherwise, it can only be operated on site. In this way, the customer and the operation parties must work out specific work arrangements before the work can be started. For clearly defined work sites, guardrails must be installed at the boundaries to prevent unauthorized entry. Signs such as "If the belt is too close, stay away from the water jet system:" are hung on the guardrails. The setting of guardrails should not affect the operation of entering and exiting the work site. The boundary guardrails are divided into danger signs and protection types according to the distance from the operation site.

6.1 Operation Rules

5 Quality control operation
