5 Technical requirements
JB/T597192
5.1 The pump shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 The paint on the outside of the pump shall be smooth.
5.3 The ambient operating temperature of the pump is 5~40℃. 5.4 The ultimate pressure of the pump shall comply with the provisions of Table 1; the ultimate pressure is the pressure measured at the specified position on the test cover with an oil U-tube vacuum gauge. The pumping rate shall meet the requirements of Article 5.5 of this standard. 5.5 The pumping rate of the pump, measured at an inlet pressure of 7×10\Pa, shall not be less than 80% of its geometric pumping speed. 5.6 During normal operation, the maximum power consumption of the pump shall not exceed the power of the matching motor (except for instantaneous overload). When the pump is connected to the atmosphere at the air inlet, oil shall not be sprayed within 2 minutes: 5.7
When the pump is running at the ultimate pressure, its noise shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.8
5.9 After parking, the restart shall not be hindered by oil return. The pump should not leak oil, and the water-cooled pump should not leak water. 5.10
The complete set of products should give detailed provisions for auxiliary machines, accessories and spare parts in the product manual. 5.11
On the premise that the user complies with the storage, use and installation rules of the pump, within one year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, if the product is damaged or cannot operate normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall be responsible for free repair or replacement for the user. Test methods and inspection rules
The test method of the pump shall be carried out in accordance with GB6306 and GB7772. 6.2 Each pump product must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department before it can leave the factory. 6.3 Pump product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection: 6.3.1
Factory inspection items include:
Ultimate pressure;
Operation test for 2h.
Type inspection: Whenever a new product is developed or there is a major change in the design, process or material of the product, a type inspection shall be carried out. The items include: 6.3.2
Ultimate pressure;
Pumping speed;
Power consumption;
Noise;
Oil injection,
Type inspection 5% of each batch shall be sampled, but not less than two units. If it fails, double sampling shall be carried out. If it fails again, the batch of products shall be inspected one by one. Marking, packaging, storage
Each pump shall be nailed with a product nameplate in a conspicuous position. The type and size of the nameplate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The nameplate shall indicate the manufacturer's name;
Product model, name and number;
Product technical specifications;
Ultimate pressure, Pa; Pumping speed, m/h; Motor power, kW; Speed, min-; d. Year and month of manufacture.
7.2 Pumps are not allowed to be stored outdoors to avoid rust and damage. 7.3 Each pump should be accompanied by the following documents when it leaves the factory: a. Product certificate;
b. Packing list;
c. Product manual.
7.4 Packaging
Pump packaging should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384.
