Some standard content:
GB/T17344—1998
This standard adopts NFH00-070 "Methods of air-tightness test for metal or plastic barrels and metal-plastic composite packaging for transporting dangerous goods" in a non-equivalent manner. The test principle is the same as that of NFH00-070, but the test method and equipment are different. This standard is proposed by China National Packaging Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Packaging Standardization. This standard is drafted by the Standardization Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T4857.2-92 Temperature and humidity adjustment treatment of packaging and transport packaging GB/T4857.17-92 General principles for the preparation of performance test outlines for packaging and transport packaging GB/T4857.18-92 Quantitative data for the preparation of performance test outlines for packaging and transport packaging 3 Test principle
This test is to inflate the test sample to a predetermined pressure and immerse it in water or apply a thin layer of specified liquid. The sample is judged to be leaking by checking whether bubbles are generated.
4 Test equipment
4.1 A pressure source that can provide 10kPa~30kPa compressed air. 4.2 A pressure gauge with a range of 0kPa~100kPa, a graduation value of 1kPa, and a precision of Class 2. 4.3 U-shaped tube.
4.4 A water tank.
4.5 A vessel for containing the test solution and a brushing tool. 5 Test procedure
5.1 Preparation of test samples
Prepare the test samples in accordance with the requirements of GB/T4857.17. 5.2 Pretreatment of test samples
Select a condition to pre-treat the test samples in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4857.2. 5.3 Temperature conditions during the test
The test should be carried out under the same temperature conditions as the pretreatment. If the same conditions cannot be achieved, the test must be started within 5 minutes after the test samples leave the pretreatment conditions.
5.4 Selection of test strength value
Select the test strength value according to the provisions of GB/T4857.18. Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on May 4, 1998 590
Implemented on January 1, 1999
5.5 Test steps
5.5.1 Sample preparation
The air inlet should be set in one of the following positions: a) on the closure;
b) open a hole on the barrel body or the bottom of the barrel;
GB/T17344—1998
c) on a special device that can replace the closure and ensure sealing. 5.5.2 Install the packaging barrel closure and place it randomly without using any external reinforcement device. 5.5.3 Inflate the sample to the specified air pressure.
5.5.4. Completely immerse the packaging barrel in the water tank and observe whether bubbles are generated or brush the test solution on the outer surface of the packaging barrel to observe whether bubbles are generated.
5.5.5 The test duration is 5 minutes.
5.5.6 It should be determined whether the bubbles are caused by air carried by the external structure of the packaging barrel. 6 Test report
The test report shall include the following contents:
a) Name, quantity, specification and size of the test sample; b) Name of the manufacturer;
c) Temperature and time of pretreatment;
d) Temperature of the test site;
e) Test equipment:
( ) Test conclusion;
g) Explanation of the difference between the test method used and this standard; h) Test date, signature of the tester and seal of the test unit. 591
