This standard specifies the general technical conditions for the manufacture and inspection of vibrating screens and their components. This standard applies to vibrating screens with linear, circular and elliptical motion trajectories. 2 Reference standards

Where there are no special provisions in product drawings or design documents, they shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.2. 3.1

3.2 The holes for connecting vibration motors and box-type vibrators to the mounting beams and the holes for connecting bearing seats to the side plates shall ensure interchangeability requirements. 4
Welding Parts
Where there are no special provisions in product drawings or design documents, they shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.3. 4.1
The flatness tolerance of steel plate is 1mm for every 1000mm length. 4.3. The straightness tolerance of angle steel, I-beam and channel steel is 1mm for every 1000mm length. 4.4 The cutting of steel plate, angle steel, I-beam and channel steel shall be processed by cutting, shearing, contour cutting and automatic cutting. 4.5 Plates and profiles shall not be spliced in general.
Note: When the side plate exceeds 1800mm, it shall be spliced according to the requirements of the drawing, but the weld must be inspected by flaw detection. 4.6 Spot welding and arcing on the surface of plates and profiles are not allowed. 4.7 Horizontal welding shall not be performed when welding crossbeams.
4.8 Welding shall not be performed within 13mm of the overlapped end. 4.9 Profiles shall be pre-treated before welding.
The vibrator mounting beam and crossbeam shall be stress relieved after welding. 5 Flame-cut parts
When there are no special provisions in the product drawings or design documents, flame-cut parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.4. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 22, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992

When there are no special provisions in the product drawings or design documents, castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.5. 6.2
The roughness of the non-machined surface shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

When there are no special provisions in the product drawings or design documents, the product assembly shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.9. 8.2
The contact surface should be cleaned before fastening and riveting, and there should be no burrs, burrs, intermediate inclusions, etc. Before riveting, the joints shall not be fixed by spot welding. When welding, arc shall not be struck on the screen. 8.3
When riveting with annular groove rivets, the following provisions shall be met:8.4
When the nail sleeve has not reached the predetermined deformation and the nail tail is pulled off, the waste nails shall be removed and riveted again. When the nail sleeve has reached the predetermined deformation and the nail tail has not been pulled off, it shall be cut off with a grinding wheel and shall not be hammered. 8.5 Support springs shall be selected in groups.
Coating requirements
When there are no special provisions in the product drawings or design documents, the product coating shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.10. 10 Packaging requirements
When there are no special provisions in the product drawings or design documents, the product packaging shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4286. 11. Inspection requirements
Product inspection shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.1. 2
