2 Technical Requirements
2.1 There shall be no cracks on the milling cutter blade, no chipping on the cutting edge, and no defects such as scratches and rust on the milling cutter surface that affect the performance.
2.2 There shall be no sand holes and incomplete penetration at the weld of the milling cutter. The surface roughness shall comply with GB1031--83 "Surface roughness parameters and their values" and its value shall not be greater than the following provisions: 2.3

2.5.1 The milling blades shall be selected in accordance with GB2075-87 "Classification and grouping code of hard alloys for cutting mills". 2.5.24
The milling cutter body shall be made of 40Cr or alloy steel with equivalent performance or above, and its hardness shall not be less than HRC30. 3 Performance test
The milling cutter blade shall be made of P20~P30 or M20~M30 hard alloy, and the test material shall be 45 steel, with a hardness of HB170~200: 3.1
The milling blade shall be made of K20~K30 hard alloy, and the test material shall be gray cast iron, with a hardness of HB180~220. No coolant shall be used during the test.
The test cutting specification shall be in accordance with Table 3.

4.1.2 The packaging box of the milling cutter shall be marked with: product name, national standard number, manufacturer name and trademark, outer diameter and thickness of the milling cutter, blade material (use code or brand), number of pieces, and year and month of manufacture. 4.1.3 The packaging box of the milling cutter shall be distinguished by the color marking corresponding to the classification code in accordance with the provisions of GB207587 "Classification and grouping code of hard alloy for cutting processing".
4.2 Packaging: The milling cutter shall be treated with rust prevention before packaging. Packaged milling cutters shall be protected from damage. 208
