GB/T 39446 specifies the code set for public credit information.
GB/T 39446 applies to the processing, exchange and sharing of public credit information.

3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 10113 and GB/T 22117 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Code code
A character or a group of characters representing a specific thing or concept.
4 General
Each code is described in detail using a code identifier, code name, description, representation requirements and code table. The specific description requirements are as follows:
a) Code identifier: The unique identifier of the code, represented by "two-digit category code + three-digit sequence code". Among them, "01" represents basic registration type credit information, "02" represents public credit type information, and "06" represents other types of credit information.
b) Code name: The Chinese name of the code.
c) Description: Describes the specific meaning of the code.
d) Representation: The type and length of the code value.
e) Requirement: The regulations for the code.
f) Code table: A table that identifies the relationship between code names and code values.
This standard specifies the code set for public credit information. This standard applies to the processing, exchange and sharing of public credit information.

Introduction
Promoting the construction of public credit information standardization is an important part of the construction of the social credit system. Formulating public credit information data elements and forming a unified and shared code set is the basic work for establishing a social credit system to implement credit information management, which is conducive to promoting the exchange, sharing and business collaboration of public credit information.
This standard is guided by the national standards for public credit and relevant rules and regulations on public credit, combined with the actual application of public credit information platforms at all levels, and classifies the codes with reference to GB/T39441. According to the value range of the data elements specified in GB/T39445, the corresponding code set is given through formulation, selection, etc. When the public credit information data elements and value range are added, deleted, modified, etc., the public credit information codes specified in this standard will be adjusted accordingly. 1 Scope
