This standard specifies the inspection and acceptance rules for the quality of lubrication systems and elements (hereinafter referred to as lubrication products). This standard applies to various lubrication systems and elements. 2 Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown in 4 are all valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. Method for compiling lubricating component models
3 General rules
3.1 The inspection and acceptance of lubricating products shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 3.2 When the sampling method is used for inspection and acceptance, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, GB/T2829 or corresponding product standards. 3.3 In various types of inspection and acceptance, the working performance, sealing performance and cleanliness of the product shall be checked. 3.4 For series products of the same model, if there is no obvious difference in the structure, material and processing method of the main parts, the relevant departments may uniformly select products with representative specifications for inspection and acceptance (except for factory inspection). 3.4.1 For products of gear oil pump devices, products with larger specifications can be selected according to the products with the same module gear. 3.4.2 Distributor products can be divided into series according to the amount of oil supplied, and products with larger specifications can be selected for inspection. 3.5 All types of inspection and acceptance should be carried out by the manufacturer, and inspection (test) records should be prepared. 3.6 When the manufacturer does not have the conditions for inspection and acceptance, it can entrust a nationally recognized testing department to carry out the inspection, but the manufacturer must have the conditions for factory inspection.
3.7 For lubricating products produced in single pieces or small batches at one time, it is allowed to undergo only factory inspection with the agreement between the supply and demand parties. 3.8 Lubricating products that have undergone limit state life inspection and acceptance tests or do not meet the inspection and acceptance requirements shall not be sold. 4 Inspection and Acceptance Rules
The inspection and acceptance of lubricating products are divided into factory inspection, reliability inspection, type inspection and regular inspection. 4.1 Factory Inspection
4.1.1 Each lubricating product shall be inspected before delivery. If the corresponding product standard stipulates otherwise, sampling is allowed. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000

4.1.2 Factory inspection shall be conducted by the manufacturer. For products that are jointly inspected by the supply and demand parties, the inspection shall be conducted in the presence of the demand party representative. 4.1.3 The inspection and acceptance items and methods shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding product standards and the plan agreed upon by both parties. 4.2 Reliability Inspection
4.2.1 The reliability inspection of the finalized product shall be conducted jointly by the manufacturer and the technical responsible unit and may be conducted at the site of use. 4.2.2 The number of products to be inspected for reliability shall be no less than 2 units (units), and the number of trial-produced prototypes shall be no less than 3 units (units). The inspection and acceptance items and methods shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding product standards. 4.2.3 Reliability inspection can be combined with type inspection. 4.3 Type inspection
4.3.1 Lubricating products that are trial-produced for the first time should be subject to type inspection. The inspection should be conducted with the participation of the manufacturer, industry quality inspection department, and technical responsible unit (users can be invited when necessary), and can be conducted at the site of use. 4.3.2 The number of products subject to type inspection shall not be less than 3 units (pieces) as required. The items and methods of inspection and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding product standards.
4.3.3 After type inspection, a type inspection report shall be prepared. The type inspection report shall be prepared by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, or provided by the entrusted inspection department.
4.3.4 In any of the following cases, the type inspection shall be re-conducted: a) When the structure of the product and the materials and processes of the main parts are changed, which may affect the product performance; b) When the finalized product is transferred to another factory for production;
c) When the finalized product is discontinued for more than 2 years and then re-produced; d) When there is a large difference between the factory inspection result and the type inspection result. 4.4 Periodic inspection
4.4.1 Products submitted for periodic inspection shall be sampled from the products that have passed the factory inspection, and the number of samples shall not be less than 2 units (pieces). 4.4.2 The items and methods of inspection and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the corresponding product standards. If there are no regulations, they shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of this standard. 4.4.3 The period of periodic inspection or the cumulative number of product output shall be determined according to the size and complexity of the product, and shall be selected within the range specified in Table 1.

5.1 All lubrication products that need to be finalized must be identified by designated departments before they can be put into formal production. 5.2 Lubricating products submitted for appraisal should be qualified products inspected according to the contents of Chapter 4. For series products of the same model, products with representative specifications can be selected for appraisal (when there are many specifications, they can be divided into sections), but the consent of the host appraisal department must be obtained. 5.3 The drawings and documents of lubricating products submitted for appraisal should comply with the current basic standards. 5.4 The drawing marking column of the product drawing title bar should indicate the following procedures: a) Prototype trial drawing marking code "s\; b) Small batch trial drawing marking code "A\; c) Formal production drawing marking code "B".
