Summary:
This part specifies the inspection methods and inspection instruments used for the inspection of various three-sided and face milling finished products. This method is not the only one. This part is applicable to the inspection of three-sided and face milling cutters produced according to GB/T 6119 and three-sided and face milling cutters with inserts produced according to JB/T 7953. This standard specifies the testing methods for various three-face milling cutter products and the detectors used. This method is not applicable to the testing of three-face milling cutters produced according to GRT119 and double-face milling cutters produced according to B/T7953. 2 Normative references

6.1 Test part
Slight runout test part: Milling cutter blade: detection of end face runout: inspection method of milling end blade (see Figure 1)
6.2.1 The radial runout of the peripheral cutting edge to the inner hole axis is measured by the indicator. Read the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the indicator pointer and the maximum positive value.
6.2.2 The end face runout indicator of the end cutting edge (side plane) to the inner hole axis is directly touched on the cutting edge near the outer diameter, rotate the core, and make the tool rotate one circle. Read the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the indicator pointer and the maximum difference between the adjacent teeth on both ends of the cutting edge. The maximum circular runout value is the required value. -

9.2.1 Rake angle

Make the working surface of the multi-blade angle gauge bear against the adjacent tooth of the tooth to be measured, adjust the tool to make the working surface of the rake angle ruler contact with the front cutting surface of the tooth to be measured, and make the working surface of the back angle ruler contact with the tooth to be measured, then the rake angle value can be read. 9.2.2 Back angle
See Figure 4. Make the working surface of the multi-blade angle gauge bear against the adjacent tooth to be measured, adjust the tool to make the working surface of the back angle ruler contact with the tooth to be measured, then the back angle value can be read. 9.2.3 Side follow angle
Make the working support of the multi-edge angle gauge rest on the side of the gear being measured, and adjust the tool so that the working surface of the back angle gauge is in contact with the side of the cutter tooth. The side follow angle value can be obtained as follows: 9.3 Testing equipment
