A2.1 Installation method description
a) The surface of the plugging hole should be kept away from oil or grease: i) Fold the plug and use the hand wrap and a suitable punch to press the steel ball into the head: e) The minimum wall thickness of the plugging hole shall not be less than the plug diameter: If the thickness is less than the plug diameter, a test string should be carried out. A2.2 Gradual removal method
The hardness of the steel ball of the ball expansion plug is less than 40HRC. The head needs to be removed: it can be drilled out with a carbide drill bit. When the diameter is greater than 6mm, it can be enlarged in several times.
43 Applicable temperature range
The applicable overflow range of the ball expansion plug is -40-00,
