GB 5053.3--85
This standard applies to 12N, 12S, 24N and 24S electrical connectors for vehicles with rated voltages of 6V, 12V and 24V.
This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO4091-1978 "Road vehicles-Electrical connectors between towing vehicles and trailers-Test methods and requirements".
1 Insertion force and withdrawal force test
Ambient temperature: 23±5℃.
The plug and plug tube should be dry and clean.
The static test method (static gravity method) is used for the tenth plugging and unplugging. Insertion force: maximum 200N.
Pull-out force: maximum 200N.
Minimum 20N.
2 Current carrying capacity test
Ambient temperature: 23±5℃.
Two adjacent contacts shall not be tested at the same time. Each contact shall be able to continuously pass a direct current of 15A. During the test, the contact under test and the common circuit contact form a circuit, through which a direct current of 15A is passed for 1h. The temperature rise of the plug and plug tube near the insulator shall not exceed 20℃. In the test circuit, the length of the wire connected to the terminal is at least 1m, and the cross-sectional area is 1.5mm2. 3 Maximum allowable voltage drop test
Ambient temperature: 23±5℃.
The voltage drop between the plug and the corresponding plug shall be measured at the tenth insertion, with a current of 10A. 3.1 For electrical connectors whose cables are not die-cast into sockets and plugs, the following voltage drops shall be measured: 3.1.1 The voltage drop between each plug and the terminal of the corresponding plug shall not exceed 5mV/A. 3.1.2 The voltage drop between each terminal and the connecting wire at a distance of 10mm from the terminal shall not exceed 0.5mV/A (the cross-sectional area of the wire is 1.5mm2).
3.2 For electrical connectors whose cables are only die-cast into sockets or only die-cast into plugs, the following voltage drops shall be measured: 3.2.1 The voltage drop between each pluggable terminal and the connecting wire of the corresponding plug (or plug) at a distance of 100mm from the end face of the socket (or plug) shall not exceed 5.5mV/A (the cross-sectional area of the wire is 1.5mm2). 3.2.2 The voltage drop between each pluggable terminal and the connecting wire at 10mm from the terminal shall not exceed 0.5mV/A (the cross-sectional area of the wire is 1.5mm2).
National Bureau of Standards Issued on March 9, 1985
Implementation on February 1, 1986wwW.bzxz.Net
GB 5053.385
3.3 For the electrical connector of the cable line, which is a die-cast socket and plug, the voltage drop of each pair of corresponding connecting wires at 100mm from the end face of the socket and plug shall not exceed 6mV/A (the cross-sectional area of the wire is 1.5mm2). 4 Insulation dielectric strength test
Ambient temperature: 23±5℃.
Relative humidity: 65±5%.
Apply AC voltage of 1000V (frequency of 50Hz) between the contacts and between the contacts and the shell, and there is no breakdown after 1min. 5 Vibration and impact resistance test
5.1 Vibration resistance test
Vibration frequency: 50Hz.
Maximum acceleration (maximum deceleration): 59. Vibration time: 4h.
5.2 Impact resistance test
Maximum acceleration (maximum deceleration): 10g. Number of impacts: 10000 times.
No mechanical damage shall occur after the test. 6 Temperature resistance test
Initial temperature: 23±5℃.
Raise the temperature to 70±2℃, keep warm for 15min, cool to -25±3℃, keep warm for 15min. After the above temperature cycle, the electrical connector shall also undergo vibration and impact resistance test, maximum allowable voltage drop test, and insulation dielectric strength test, and no visible cracks or deformation shall occur.
