This part is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulating Materials. 3 Sample pretreatment and test environment conditions
When the sample is required to be pretreated according to this chapter, it should be treated at (23±2)℃ and (50±5)% relative humidity. Then, test under this condition, or test the sample within 5 minutes after taking it out of this condition. The pretreatment time is shown in Table 1. Qiu 1
