1 Scope
Determination of residual chlorpyrifos in citrus
This standard specifies the determination method of chlorpyrifos residue in citrus, and is applicable to the analysis of chlorpyrifos pesticide residues in citrus. The detection limit of this method is 1.4×:g+ and the detection rate is .mg/g-2. The sample is heated in 45% acetone and filtered. The filtrate is extracted with dimethicone and concentrated. The sample containing phosphorus is burned on hydrogen gas. The characteristic light of wavelength 25m is emitted in the form of a HIU filter. After the light passes through the filter, it is received by a photoelectric multimeter and converted into an electric signal. After amplification by a micro-amplifier, it is recorded. The peak height of the sample is compared with that of the standard, and the equivalent content of the sample is calculated. 3 Reagents
3.2 Dimethicone,
3.3 Anhydrous sulfuric acid.
3.4 Celite 45.
3.5 Celite 45.
3,6 Acid activity decay, 30-0 g activated carbon, boil with 1 LFn mF.1 rmal/E. hydrochloric acid for 4 h, then use water to remove the chloride ions in the water, and use it as a desulfurizer.
3.7 Fluorocarbon: 60H--100 months, dry at 550% for 3m, 5% water standard, store in a full container, store at 13073h.
