Notice on the Release of Six Inspection and Evaluation Standards Including the National Standard "Uniform Standard for Inspection and Evaluation of Building Installation Project Quality" (88) Jianbiao No. 335
According to the former State Construction Commission (79) Jianfa Shi Zi No. 168 document and the former Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection (85) Chengke Zi No. 293 notice, the sixth inspection and evaluation standard of the "Uniform Standard for Inspection and Evaluation of Building Installation Project Quality" revised by the former Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection has been reviewed by relevant departments and is now approved as a national standard for implementation on January 1, 1989. The provisions on elevators in the former national standards "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Quality of Building Installation Projects" (Building Project) TJ301-74, "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Quality of Building Installation Projects" (Pipeline Project) TJ302-74, "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Quality of Building Installation Projects" (Electrical Project) TJ303-75, "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Quality of Building Installation Projects" (Ventilation Project) TJ304-74 and "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Quality of Building Installation Projects" (General Machinery and Equipment Installation Project) TJ305-75 are abolished at the same time.
The six inspection and assessment standards currently approved are managed by the Construction Supervision Department of the Ministry of Construction. The names, numbers and interpretation units of each item are as follows: 1. "Uniform Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Quality of Building Installation Projects" GBJ300-88, and its specific interpretation and other work are the responsibility of the China Academy of Building Research. 2. This standard is based on the former National Construction Committee (79) Jianfa Shi Zi No. 168 and the former Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection (85) Chengke Zi No. 293 Notice, and the Zhejiang Provincial Construction Engineering Corporation Installation Company, together with the Zhejiang Provincial First Construction Company and the Hangzhou Municipal Construction Engineering Corporation Installation Company, formed a revision group to revise the "Construction Installation Engineering Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard" TJ303-75 Electrical Engineering. After the revision, it was renamed "Construction Electrical Installation Engineering Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard".
During the revision process, extensive investigations and studies were conducted, and opinions from all parties were summarized. After the first draft, the draft for soliciting opinions, and the draft for submission were written, they were sent to various places for comments, and a trial was organized. Finally, a national meeting was held to review and finalize the draft. In view of the current development of building electrical installation projects, this standard not only retains the applicable provisions of the original standard, but also adds wire rope engineering for wiring, and supplements the content of new materials and new equipment, such as cable trays, on-load voltage-changing transformers, plastic troughs, etc. It highlights the safe use of electricity and its functions. Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1.0.1 This standard is formulated to unify the inspection and evaluation methods for the quality of building electrical installation projects, promote enterprises to strengthen management, and ensure the quality of projects. Article 1.0.2 This standard applies to the inspection and evaluation of the quality of electrical installation projects in general industrial and civil buildings with a voltage of 10kV and below. Article 1.0.3 The main indicators and requirements of this standard are proposed in accordance with the provisions of the "Construction and Acceptance Code for Electrical Installation Projects" GBJ232-82 (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Code").
When implementing this standard, the provisions of the "Uniform Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Building Installation Engineering Quality" GBJ300-88 shall also be followed.
Article 1.0.4 The quality of the equipment, appliances, materials and raw materials of the building electrical installation projects inspected and assessed by this standard shall comply with the relevant national technical standards in force. Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1.0.1 This standard is formulated to unify the inspection and evaluation methods for the quality of building electrical installation projects, promote enterprises to strengthen management, and ensure the quality of projects. Article 1.0.2 This standard applies to the inspection and evaluation of the quality of electrical installation projects in general industrial and civil buildings with a voltage of 10kV and below. Article 1.0.3 The main indicators and requirements of this standard are proposed in accordance with the provisions of the "Construction and Acceptance Code for Electrical Installation Projects" GBJ232-82 (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Code").
When implementing this standard, the provisions of the "Uniform Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Building Installation Engineering Quality" GBJ300-88 shall also be followed.
Article 1.0.4 The quality of the equipment, appliances, materials and raw materials of the building electrical installation projects inspected and assessed by this standard shall comply with the relevant national technical standards in force.
