JB/T 10237—2001 This standard specifies the vibration (acceleration) technical conditions for finished tapered roller bearings with nominal inner diameters of 15 to 60 mm and 30200, 32200, 30300 and 32300 series in GB/T 297 "Rolling bearings tapered roller bearings dimensions". This standard specifies that vibration (acceleration) group Z is the basic requirement for grade 0 bearings and is applicable to production inspections by bearing manufacturers; groups Z1 and Z2 are applicable to bearings for which users require control of vibration (acceleration) levels. This standard specifies the vibration (acceleration) technical properties of finished roller bearings with a nominal inner diameter of 15~60mm and an overall dimension conforming to the 30200, 32200, 30300 and 32300 series in GB/T297. The vibration (acceleration) group 2 specified in this standard is the installation requirement for D-grade bearings and is applicable to the production inspection of bearing manufacturers. The second group is applicable to bearings that are customized by users with certain vibration (shearing speed) level requirements for manufacturer inspection and user acceptance. 7 Reference standards

6 Inspection rules

6.1 When sampling and inspecting a batch of bearings for vibration (acceleration), follow GB/T2829, use the general inspection level II, adopt the stop band noise one-time sampling plan, and the qualified level AQL value is 2.5,
