1. To ensure the steel storage This standard is specially formulated to improve the quality of the chlorosulfonated polyethylene outer anti-corrosion layer of steel storage tanks and extend the service life of steel storage tanks. 1.2 This standard is applicable to chlorosulfonated polyethylene steel storage tanks with a storage medium temperature not exceeding 100 Design, construction and acceptance of external anti-corrosion coating. 2 Chlorosulfonated Polyolefin Coatings

2.04 User Sampling should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3186 "Sampling of Coating Products" and inspection should be carried out according to the items specified in Table 2.0.2-1. The results should meet the indicators specified in Table 2.0.2-1. If unqualified, double sampling should be carried out for re-inspection. If it still fails to meet the standards, the batch of coating is considered unqualified and cannot be used.
2.0.5 The coating storage validity period should be no less than 1 year. Users should store the coating in accordance with the conditions specified in the manufacturer's product manual and store it within the validity period. Use: For paints that have exceeded their validity period, re-sample them according to the provisions of GB3186 and test them according to the items specified in Table 2.0.2-1. 4.1 General provisions
4.1.1 The construction of the anti-corrosion layer can be carried out only when the following conditions are met: The anti-corrosion design and relevant technical documents are complete: 1

5 Steel storage tanks and their accessories should be installed and inspected to be qualified. 4.1.2 During the construction of the anti-corrosion layer, welding, gas cutting, direct knocking and other operations are strictly prohibited. .
4.2 Surface pretreatment
4.2.1 If there is oil stain and dirt on the outer surface of the steel storage tank, it should be cleaned according to the cleaning method specified in the "Specification for Steel Surface Pretreatment before Painting SYT0407" . 4.2.2 The outer surface of the steel tank should be sprayed for rust removal according to the method specified in SY/T0407. The rust removal level should reach Sa2 level specified in GB/T8923 "Surface rust level and rust removal level of steel before painting". The depth of anchor pattern should be 15~35um. 4.2.3 After blasting, the surface should be cleaned with dry, clean, oil-free compressed air.
4.2.4 After blasting and rust removal, the defects revealed on the steel surface and welds must be treated.

4.1 General provisions

4.2 Surface pretreatment
4.2.1 If there is oil stain and dirt on the outer surface of the steel storage tank, it should be cleaned according to the cleaning method specified in the "Specification for Steel Surface Pretreatment before Painting SYT0407" . 4.2.2 The outer surface of the steel tank should be sprayed for rust removal according to the method specified in SY/T0407. The rust removal level should reach Sa2 level specified in GB/T8923 "Surface rust level and rust removal level of steel before painting". The depth of anchor pattern should be 15~35um. 4.2.3 After blasting, the surface should be cleaned with dry, clean, oil-free compressed air.
4.2.4 After blasting and rust removal, the defects revealed on the steel surface and welds must be treated.
