3 Structure and main parameters
3.1 The structure of the agitator is shown in Figure 1.
3.2 When the diameter of the agitator is greater than 800mm, the root of its blades should generally be provided with reinforcing ribs. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1991 HG/T 2043 --- 91

3,3 The diameter D of the agitator and the main parameters shall comply with the provisions of HG/T2123, 3. 4 The diameter series of the agitator shaft shall comply with the provisions of ZB G 92001. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The blade and reinforcing rib plate of the agitator shall be made of carbon structural steel plate in accordance with the requirements of GB912 and GB3274. The stainless steel plate shall be selected in accordance with the requirements of GB3280 and GB-4237.Www.bzxZ.net
4.2 The type and size of the welding joint of the agitator shall comply with the requirements of GB985. The welding between the blade and the impeller shall be continuous welding, and the connection between the blade and the reinforcing rib plate can be intermittent welding. The welding rod shall be selected in accordance with the requirements of GB5117, GB5118 and GB983. 43 The plane formed by the shaft hole of the agitator and the three blade endpoints should be perpendicular, and the verticality tolerance is 0.2% of the agitator diameter D, and does not exceed 3mm. The shaft hole limit tolerance is based on the H8 grade shaft hole surface roughness R of GB1801, which is no more than 3.2um. 44 The dimensions of the agitator wheel are determined by the construction drawing. The dimensions and limit deviations of the wheel keyway shall comply with the provisions of G1095, of which the limit deviation of the key width shall be D10 or Js9.
4.5 The limit deviations of the diameter of the agitator and the uninscribed tolerance dimensions of the machined surface shall comply with the requirements of Grade IT14 specified in GB1804, and the limit deviations of the uninscribed tolerance dimensions of the non-machined surface shall comply with Grade 1T16 requirements. 4. The surface of the agitator shall be free of sharp points and hairs, and the blades shall be smooth. 4.7 Balance of the agitator

4.7.1 When the linear velocity of the blade end of the agitator is less than 5m/s, the static balance test may not be performed, but the blade and the reinforcing rib plate shall have good stability and symmetry to reduce the unbalanced weight. When the linear velocity is not less than 5m/s, a static balance or dynamic balance test is required. If the agitator shaft adopts flexible transmission, a dynamic balance test shall be performed. 4.7.2 Balancing accuracy A, see Table 1.
