3.1 Vertical mixers shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. Vertical mixers must have reliable safety protection devices. 3.2
3.3 The supporting power of the machine shall meet the design requirements. Technical performance indicators shall comply with the following provisions. 3.3.1
The mixing uniformity shall not be less than 90%.
The natural residual amount of compound feed after discharge in the vertical mixer shall not exceed 1% of the rated batch mixing amount. The power consumption of vertical mixer per ton of feed is not more than 1.5kWh. The main rotating working parts of vertical mixer shall be statically balanced according to the G16 level specified in GB9239. The reliability of vertical mixer shall not be less than 95%. The temperature rise of the bearing housing of vertical mixer shall not be higher than 30℃. The noise (average sound pressure level) in the working area of vertical mixer shall not be more than 85dB (A). 3.3.7
All joints of vertical mixer shall be sealed to prevent leakage of materials. 3.4
Metal fastening parts must be coated with metal preservatives. 3.6
The paint coating shall comply with the provisions of NJZ3.
4 Safety requirements
4.1 The configuration and structure of the machine parts shall facilitate the installation, use and maintenance of the machine and ensure safety. 4.2 External rotating parts must have protective covers. 4.3 The protective covers at dangerous places shall be painted with eye-catching signs that are different from the original color of the machine. 4.4 The operating switch shall have text or symbols to explain the purpose. 4.5 The electrical control position should be equipped with heat-proof, moisture-proof, dust-proof and damage-proof protective devices. The dust concentration in the working area of the vertical mixer shall not exceed 10mg/m2. 4.6

Implementation on July 1, 1995
5 Inspection rules
JB/T73191994
5.1 Each vertical mixer must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only leave the factory after the issuance of a certificate of conformity. 5.2 Each vertical mixer must be tested at rated speed for 30 minutes before leaving the factory, and the following requirements must be met. 5.2.1 The machine runs normally and smoothly, without abnormal sounds, and the operating device is flexible and reliable. 5.2.2 All connectors and fasteners must not be loose. 5.3 For batch-produced products, at least two units shall be sampled each year and tested in accordance with the provisions of JB/T7320. The results shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3 of this standard.
5.4 The ordering unit has the right to sample the products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The sampling plan shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 5.5 The quality of the paint coating shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of NJ/Z3. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Each vertical mixer shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position. The label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The label content: manufacturer name;
b. product name and model;
spindle speed;
productivity;
matching power;
machine weight;
product manufacturing number;
h. product ex-factory date.
The direction of rotation of the rotor shall be marked with a red arrow in an appropriate and conspicuous position on the casing. When the vertical mixer leaves the factory, it should be packed with appropriate materials. The packaging should be convenient for transportation and ensure that the product is not damaged. The accessories (spare parts and tools) supplied with the product should be complete. The documents supplied with the product are:
Packing list;
b. Product quality inspection certificate;
Product instruction manual;
User opinion survey form.
All documents are sealed with plastic bags and fixed in the box. 6.6
Qualified products should be stored in moisture-proof and rain-proof facilities. Additional notes:
