Part 2: Cylindrical front shanks;
Part 3: Cylindrical rear shanks.
This part is Part 2 of GB/T3832.

This part is a revision of GB/T3832.2—1983. Compared with GB/T3832.2-1983, the following changes have been made: the title has been changed from "Types and basic dimensions of cylindrical front handles for broaches" to "Broach handles Part 2: Cylindrical front handles"; all article footnotes have been changed to footnotes for drawings; all deviations only list tolerance zone codes.
This part replaces GB/T3832.2—1983 from the date of implementation. This part was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Tool Standardization. This part was drafted by Harbin No. 1 Tool Factory. The main drafters of this part are Luo Yan, Wang Jiaxi, Yu Jilong, and Wang Yalan. Previous publications of the standards replaced by this part: -GB/T 3832.2—1983.

This part of GB/T3832 specifies the types and basic dimensions of cylindrical front handles for various internal broaches. This part is applicable to cylindrical front handles for various internal broaches with handle diameter D of 4mm~~100mm. 2 Types and dimensions
The basic structural types of cylindrical front handles are divided into: -A: without circumferential locating surface;
-B: with circumferential locating surface.
A: without circumferential locating surface;
-B: with circumferential locating surface.
2.1 Type I dimensions
Type I is used for broaches with handle diameters of 4mm≤Di≤18mm, and the dimensions are in accordance with Figure 1, Figure 2 and Table 1. A
a is allowed to be made at 90°.
