3.1 The types of PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0, PN6.3, PN10.0 and PN16.0MPa convex steel pipe flange covers shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 6. 3.2 The types of PN5.0, PN11.0, PN15.0 and PN26.0MPa concave and convex steel pipe flange covers shall comply with the provisions of Figure 2, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 7 to 10.
4 Technical requirements for flange covers
4.1 The technical requirements for flange covers shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9124. 4.2 The maximum non-impact working pressure of flange cover at different temperatures shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (Standard Appendix) of GB/T9124-2000.
5 Marking
5.1 The flange cover shall be marked according to the nominal diameter, nominal pressure, sealing surface type code and standard number. 5.2 The type code of the sealing surface of the flange cover shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9112. 5.3 Marking examples
