The technical indicators in the standard are determined based on multiple sampling, repeated testing and determination of activated alumina products by domestic manufacturers and scientific research institutions, and after comprehensive research and analysis. Therefore, the technical indicators specified in this standard are in line with the actual domestic production situation, and have a certain degree of advancement, which can meet the needs of supporting use of air separation equipment. This standard is proposed and managed by the Technical Committee for Standardization of Gas Separation and Liquefaction Equipment of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. 4.2 The method for determining the crushing strength of activated alumina shall comply with the provisions of GB3635. 4.3 The method for determining the abrasion rate of activated alumina shall comply with the provisions of GB3636. 4.4 The method for determining the bulk density of activated alumina shall comply with the provisions of GB6286. 4.5 When activated alumina leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate and shall be accompanied by the manufacturer's name, product model and name, specifications, batch number, inspection date, etc.
4.6 The manufacturer of air separation equipment shall accept and inspect according to this standard. If one of the indicators in the acceptance results does not meet the requirements, re-sampling and inspection shall be carried out. If one of the indicators in the re-inspection results still does not meet the requirements, the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the problem. 5 Packaging, marking and storage
5.1 Activated alumina should be packaged in moisture-proof and sealed containers. 5.2 The packaging, storage and transportation diagrams and markings of activated alumina should comply with the provisions of GB191. 5.3 Activated alumina should be stored in a dry and clean warehouse and should not be stored in the open air or in a humid place with corrosive gases. 2
