Some standard content:
HG/T2872 -—1997
This standard is a revision of GB/T4496-84 "Test Method for Apparent Density of Microporous Materials for Rubber and Plastic Shoes". During the revision, this standard added reference standards, sample adjustment and test environment, made necessary modifications to the test instrument, and modified and supplemented the sample. GB/T 4496-84 5.1 stipulates that the prepared sample should be placed in a glass desiccator for 2 hours, which is changed to 3 hours. This revision has revised the content of the illegal counting unit in the original standard. From the date of implementation of this standard, the original GB/T 4496-84 will be abolished. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China, and this standard is under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Rubber Shoes Research Institute. This standard is drafted by Shanghai Rubber Shoes Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Xu Dejia and Shi Qiong. X351.40

HG/T2198--91 General requirements for physical test methods for vulcanized rubber 3 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
Apparent density is the mass of a unit volume of a rubber or plastic microporous material at standard temperature, in units of mg/m3. 4 Test instruments
4.1 Analytical balance, with a sensitivity of 0.001, used to weigh the mass of the specimen. 4.2 Thickness gauge, with a graduation of 0.01mm, a measuring pressure of 63, and a measuring foot diameter of 6tmm. 4.3 Vernier caliper, with a graduation of 0.02 mm, is used to measure the length of the specimen. 4.4 Sharp knives are used to cut the specimen. 5 SpecimensWww.bzxZ.net
5.1 Specifications and dimensions
The length of the specimen is 20 mm ± 0.5 mm, the width is 20 mm ± 0.5 mm, and the height is 10 mm ± 0.3 mm. For specimens with a thickness of less than 10 mm, the length is 40 mm ± 0.5 mm, the width is 20 mm ± 0.5 mm, and the height is 5 mm ± 0.3 mm. 2 Test preparation
5.2. The test material shall first be ground into a standard thickness of 10 mm ± 0.3 mm according to the provisions of HG/T2198. For specimens with a thickness of less than 10 mm, the thickness shall be ground into a standard thickness of 5 mm ± 0.3 mm. The surface of the polished specimen shall not have any patterns, and the surface shall be smooth.
Product 22 After the test material has been polished, use a sharp knife to gently touch the sample. To avoid the sample from floating, the sample cannot be touched.
6 Sample adjustment and test environment
HG / T 2872 -~ 1997
6.1 The sample adjustment before polishing, cutting and testing shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB2941. 6.2 The test environment shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2941. 7 Test steps
7.1 Place the prepared sample in a glass desiccator and leave it in the test room temperature for 3h. 7.2 Weigh the mass of the sample with a balance to an accuracy of 0.001g. 7.3 Use a thickness gauge to measure the thickness of the sample, use a vernier caliper to measure the side length of the sample, and calculate the volume of the sample. 8 Test results
8. 1 Calculation of test results
The apparent density of the sample is calculated according to the following formula: p
Where: e-apparent density of the sample, Mg/m\:mThe mass of the sample, g:
V-volume of the sample, mm
8.2 Representation of test results
The number of samples for each test sample shall not be less than 3, accurate to two decimal places, and the arithmetic mean shall be taken. 9 Test report
The test report shall include the following contents:
) Sample name or number;
Laboratory temperature and humidity:
Sample specifications:
Sample mass;
Test results;
Test date;
Tester, reviewer,
