Indicated content”
100~600
According to the “Commercial Pesticide Sampling Method” in GB/T1605, the sampling packages shall be determined by random number table method, and the final sampling volume shall generally not be less than 250mL.

Figure 1 High performance liquid chromatogram of Fu·Ke suspension seed dressing agent 9.00
Weigh 30mg of carbofuran standard (accurate to 0.1mg) and appropriate amount of thiram standard (accurate to 0.1mg according to the proportion of active ingredients in the sample) and place them in the same 100mL volumetric flask, add 90mL of methanol, and use ultrasonic cleaning machine to ultrasonically treat for 10min to dissolve it. Take it out and put it to room temperature, dissolve it with methanol and dilute it to the scale, and shake it well. 4.3.5.2 Preparation of sample solution
After thoroughly mixing the sample, weigh a sample containing 30 mg (accurate to 0.1 mg) of carbofuran into a 100 ml volumetric flask, add 90 ml of methanol, and then use an ultrasonic cleaner to sonicate for 10 minutes to dissolve it. Take it out and let it cool to room temperature, dissolve it with methanol and dilute it to the scale, and shake it. Transfer part of the solution to a 10 mL stoppered centrifuge tube, centrifuge it at a speed of 2000 r/min until the solution is clear, and set aside. 3

4.3.5.3 Determination
Under the above operating conditions, after the instrument baseline is stable, continuously inject several needles of standard solution until the peak area of thiram (carbofuran) of two adjacent needles changes by less than 1.5%, and then determine in the order of standard solution, sample solution, sample solution, and standard solution. 4.3.6 Calculation
Average the peak areas of thiram (carbofuran) in the two sample solutions and the two standard solutions before and after the sample, and calculate the content of thiram (carbofuran) in the sample expressed as mass fraction X, (%), according to formula (1): X = Am×P
Where:
A, the average value of the peak area of thiram (carbofuran) in the standard solution; A2——the average value of the peak area of thiram (carbofuran) in two adjacent sample solutions; m1-the mass of thiram (carbofuran) standard sample, in milligrams (mg); m2——the mass of the sample, in milligrams (mg); P——the mass fraction of thiram or carbofuran in the standard sample, %. 4.3.7 Allowable difference
The relative difference between the results of two parallel determinations should not be greater than 5%, and the arithmetic mean is taken as the determination result. 4.4 Determination of pH valuebzxZ.net

Take 80mL of sample and place it in a stoppered conical flask, keep it at 0℃±1℃ for 1h, stir it every 15min for 15s each time, and observe whether its appearance changes. Continue to place it under the above conditions for 7 days. After 7 days, take out the conical flask and return it to room temperature. Test the viscosity and sieve analysis indicators. The test results meet the standard requirements and are qualified. 4.12 Thermal stability test
4.12.1 Apparatus
Thermostatic box (or thermostatic water bath): 54℃±2℃; 4
Ampoule (or glass bottle with stopper that can still be sealed at 54℃±2℃): 50mL; Medical syringe: 50mL.
4.12.2 Test steps
NY619—2002
Use a syringe to inject about 30mL of the sample into a clean ampoule (avoid the sample from contacting the bottleneck), and seal it with a high-temperature flame (avoid the solvent from volatilizing). Seal at least 3 bottles and weigh them separately. Place the sealed ampoule in a metal container, and then place the metal container in a thermostatic box (or thermostatic water bath) at 54℃±2℃ for 14 days, take it out, and weigh the ampoules separately. For samples that have not changed in mass, test the content of thiram and carbofuran and the suspension rate within 24 hours. The test results show that the relative decomposition rates of thiram and carbofuran are less than 5% and the suspension rates are ≥80%, which are considered qualified.

Other forms of packaging may also be used according to user requirements or ordering agreements, but they must comply with the requirements of GB3796. 5.3 The packages shall be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. 5.4 During storage and transportation, strictly prevent moisture and sunlight, do not mix with food, seeds, and feed, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and prevent inhalation through the mouth. 5.5 In addition to the corresponding toxicity mark, the instruction manual or packaging container should also include toxicity description, poisoning symptoms, detoxification methods and first aid measures. If ingested by mistake, atropine can be used for detoxification. 5.6 Under the specified transportation conditions, the quality assurance period of Fu Ke Suspension Seed Coating Agent is 2 years from the date of production.
