3 Product classification
3.1 Product variety and type
The connection type of flexible pipe joints is divided into flange connection and threaded connection. 3.1.1 Flange-connected swivel pipe joints, with a diameter of 20~100mm and a nominal pressure of 1.6MPa, with a diameter of 125~300mm and a nominal pressure of 1MPa,
3.1.2 Threaded flexible pipe joints, with a diameter of 20~50mm and a nominal pressure of 1.6MPa. 3.1.3 Threaded flexible pipe joints are divided into three types of threaded connection: ordinary thread, pipe thread sealed with thread and 60° cone pipe thread. The thread category codes are represented by "M", "R\ and \Z" respectively. 3.1.3.1 The end types of flexible pipe joints connected with threaded pipe thread and 60° cone thread pipe are divided into three types: Type A - both ends are external threads; Type B - both ends are internal threads; Type C 3.1.3.2 Ordinary thread connection is divided into two types of sealing: Type D is a combined gasket seal: Type H
