Cast brake discs should be free of cracks, blisters, pores and other defects. Cast brake discs with ventilation channels should be well cleaned inside the ventilation channels. For forged or steel plate-cut brake discs, defects such as surface cracks and internal interlayers that affect performance are not allowed.
4.2.3 The roundness tolerance of d and d in Table 1 and Table 2 is 1/2 of its diameter tolerance. The total runout of the brake disc friction surface of the center line of the shaft hole is tolerance.
4.2.4 Except for the ventilation duct, which is not machined, the surface roughness Ra of the friction surface is 3.2um, u, and d, and the surface roughness Ra is 1.6um, d and the surface of other parts. The roughness Ra is 6.3 μm. 4.2.5 The processed surface of the brake disc should be treated with anti-rust treatment. 4.2.6 When the cast and forged brake discs made of steel are quenched and tempered, the hardness is 273~302HB. If the friction surface needs to be quenched, the depth of the quenching layer should be 2~3mm and the hardness should be 35~45HRC (the choice of heat treatment method is determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer). 4.2.7 The brake disc needs to be statically balanced. If the friction surface needs to be quenched, the depth of the quenching layer should be 2~3mm and the hardness should be 35~45HRC (the choice of heat treatment method is determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer). 4.2.7 The brake disc needs to be statically balanced. The static balance should make the eccentric residual amount of the brake disc on its outer diameter less than the larger of the following two values: 0.005kg:
Matching 0.2% of the quality of accessories such as wheel hubs. b.
Note: If there are special requirements, both parties shall negotiate and determine them when ordering. 5 Inspection Rules
5.1 out! Inspection
Each brake disc shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard. Only after passing the inspection can it be shipped to the factory, and a product certificate shall be attached.
5.1.1 Factory inspection items and methods
Use visual inspection methods and general quantities, fixtures and measuring instruments to detect the dimensions with tolerance requirements in the production drawings and Sections 4.2.1~~4.2.5 items in the article. bzxZ.net
All inspection items of the brake disc under inspection must be qualified. 5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out when any of the following situations occur: new product finalization or old product transfer to factory for trial production appraisal; a.
h.||tt| |After official production, the design and process of the brake disc have undergone major changes. When the performance of the product may be affected; when the product has been suspended for more than two years and production resumes; d. When the product is in normal production, type inspection will be carried out every year; 12
JB/T 7019
e. When the national quality supervision department puts forward inspection requirements, 5.2.2 Type inspection shall be adopted Sampling method is carried out. During normal production of products, one specification will be selected from each two disc diameters, and at least three specifications will be selected from each series, and at least two samples will be selected from each specification. When conducting type inspection, the number of samples taken is not limited; for type inspection in other cases, one specification should be taken from each disc diameter, and at least two samples of each specification should be taken for inspection
5.2.3. Content
Use visual inspection and general quantities, fixtures and measuring instruments to inspect all dimensions of the production drawings and the inspected products selected in Chapter 4 item-by-item inspection 5.2.4. If there are any unqualified inspection items. Item. It is allowed to double-sample products of the same batch and specifications for re-inspection. All re-inspected products must be qualified. 6 Packaging, transportation and storage | Certificate and instruction manual. 6.2 During transportation, bumping is strictly prohibited and measures should be taken to prevent rain, snow and water invasion to ensure that the product is not damaged and rusted. 6.3 The brake disc is stored in a clean and ventilated place at a temperature of 125 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit. 40℃, where it can be protected from rain, water, etc. It must not be exposed to sunlight for a long time, and no corrosion is allowed. Under the conditions of the regulations, if it does not work properly due to manufacturing quality within 6 months from the date of use (but not more than 18 months from the date of shipment), the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge for the user. The main drafters of this standard are Tang Feng, Hua Xiaoyang, and Wu Jinggang. 1||tt ||1 The type and size of the shaft hole and keyway of the brake disc should comply with the regulations of GB3852. 4.2.2 Brake discs manufactured in accordance with Table 3 shall have internal stress eliminated.
