This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of aluminum easy-open ends and aluminum two-piece cans. This standard applies to the manufacture, use, circulation and supervision inspection of unused aluminum easy-open ends and aluminum can bodies for beer, carbonated and nitrogen-filled beverages. ||tt
|| This standard replaces the aluminum easy-open ends and aluminum can bodies in GB/T9106-2001 "Packaging Containers Aluminum Easy-Open Ends Two-Piece Cans".
Compared with GB/T9106-2001, this standard has the following major changes:
--- The name of the standard is changed to "Packaging Containers - Aluminum Easy-Open Ends and Aluminum Two-Piece Cans";
--- The scope of application is aluminum easy-open ends and aluminum can bodies;
--- The relevant provisions on steel cans are deleted from the can body part;
--- Examples of two-piece can models are added (see 4.4);
--- The quality requirements for can body and can lid coatings are increased under high-temperature sterilization conditions (see 5.2.2 and 5.3.2);
--- Sterilization test for internal and external coatings, adding the test method for high-temperature sterilization (see 6.9.2);
--- The unqualified classification of the coating quality of can bodies and easy-open ends, the sealing of easy-open ends and the opening reliability after high-temperature sterilization filling is stipulated as
Class A unqualified, and the acceptance quality limit (AQL) is 0.65 (see Table 7).
